“Stay well away from this place.”
−If you are traveling by car, forget about parking. If you pay in cash, record the conversation. The next day, they might cancel your reservation to avoid paying a commission, claiming you never arrived. If you involve Booking.com in the matter, they will suddenly claim that, yes, you did arrive at the location, but you failed to make the payment. After some further back-and-forth, it turns out that you did pay,but not enough. The owner’s Russian accent doesn’t help matters. Stay alert. The generally positive reviews for this place are pure fiction,likely written by friends and family. Cleanliness is non-existent. If you want to take a shower, you first have to rinse the ants out of the shower tray. Before going to bed, it’s a good idea to check the corners so you don’t wake up in the morning with a spider on your pillow. It’s a disaster. I’ve traveled half the world, and I’ve never encountered anything like this when it comes to a rating above 8. If your sleeping bag has become soaked, you have a fever, or your health or life is at risk, this place will help you survive. Otherwise, stay away from it.

+Our experience was not good. When we arrived, the woman who received us did not speak English and from the very beginning she was very insistent and unpleasant about the payment in cash. I felt quite uncomfortable and pressured by the situation. The accommodation states that it has parking, but it is not clearly explained that the parking is located below and that you then have to walk up a fairly steep and long slope to reach the accommodation. This could be a real problem for people with mobility issues, health problems, or a lot of luggage, and I think this should be clearly mentioned in the description. The area also did not feel very pleasant, especially when arriving in the late afternoon or at night. The facilities are quite basic and somewhat run-down. In our opinion, it is more suitable for staying just one night rather than for a longer stay. Personally, I did not even feel comfortable using the bathroom or the facilities in general. Perhaps our perception was affected by the unpleasant experience when we arrived, but overall, we did not have a good experience. −Navedena telefonska številka je napačna! Oseba s to številko živi v Nemčiji. Tudi se nihče ne oglasi ko kličeš, logično... Težko je najti hišo z apartmajem, saj do hiše vodi le betonirana steza strmo v hrib kar precej daleč. Parkiranje niti v bližini ni mogoče! Straniščna deska je počena in uščipne v zadnjico. Na vratih apartmajev ni nobene oznake ali številke, zato je par pred nama zasedel napačen (najin) apartma in ko sva midva tako prišla v drugega (večjega), se je lastnica razburjala zakaj sva tam. Nobeden od nas gostov ni vedel da je v napačnih/zamenjanih apartmajih... Nismo gostje krivi če je bilo rečeno da tam kjer najdeš ključ v vratih da je apartma na voljo. Nihče nas ni sprejel, samo obvestilo prek booking sporočil. Po denar je pa lahko prišla in to ob 21:30. Obvestila za goste (hišni red, wi-fi geslo, opozorila... vse je napisano na kos papirja nečitljivo in na roko, ter samo v lokalnem jeziku.

“Wahnsinnsblick”
+Wahnsinnslage! Dieser Balkonblick ist einmalig, schauen sie dem Sonnenuntergang zu, oder wie die Kreuzfahrtschiffe abfahren. Man beachte jedoch, dass man an der Straße parken muss (die man übrigens auch gut hört) und dann zu Fuß einen kleinen Hang hochgeht zur Wohnung. Für fitte Menschen jedoch kein Problem. Es scheint eine zweite Wohnung zu geben, die hatte ich. Sie war viel viel größer als, anders geschnitten und mit zusätzlichem Zimmer, zudem hatte ich keine Geruchsprobleme. Die Küche war sehr witzig verwinkelt, hatte alles was man braucht. Inkl. Tee, Kaffee und Gewürzen. Man konnte die Zimmer gut abdunkeln mit Außenjalousien. Die Inhaberin kann kein English, aber das war nicht schlimm. Kommunikation über die App funktioniert gut, da kann man übersetzen oder mit dem Kind auf Englisch schreiben. Zahlung in bar.
−Die Betten waren nicht sehr bequem, und alles war etwas abgewohnt und nicht so sauber. Für eine Nacht trotzdem gut!
