“very disapointing, The hot tub was enjoyable”
−The Oven was dirty, covered in grease . The bed up stairs has a loose slat, so every time you moved it banged. The bathroom up their also was not good the sink takes ages to drain. The shower head was filthy not been cleaned in a good while. We found broken glass on the gravel outside, we booked this house because my son and daughter in law could bring their dogs, broken glass in the garden luckily my son found it before it caused any harm. also having to strip beds and bag everything was taking the micky, its ridiculous We thought this accommodation not worth the money we paid

“Pretty good”
+Nice character and very spacious and airy. Bathrooms were big, accessible for those with mobility issues. Location was excellent for the beach and local attractions. We generally had a nice time staying at the property.
−Beds were not too comfortable. Could do with a bit of extra servicing - some fixtures were loose and although general areas were clean, not sure the hoover ever makes it under the sofa etc. Upstairs sink very slow to drain. Had to strip all beds when leaving which is a bit much when check out time is very early, 930!

+Beautiful, well appointed and quiet location. Very spacious for our family of four (and our pooch). Would definitely recommend Seashells as a base to explore North Devon

+Good location, comfortable. Plenty of games as weather wasn’t great.
−Nothing not to like although not that soundproof as could hear music in the street until early hours, albeit seemed to be a one off.

“Beautiful Seashells...”
+From the time we entered everything was perfect... The thought had gone into everything you would need on arrival. It's beautiful interior was very spacious and comfortable.
−If I had to say something, it would be to put summer quilts on beds, it was very hot in bed....

“Perfect distance from Woolacombe, quiet & peaceful. Neat and tidy house with good amenities. Lovely views.”
+We liked the openness, the high ceilings and wall of windows looking out to the fields ahead. Just enough distance from Woolacombe, very quiet and peaceful. Fun selection of board games!
−There was an intruder alarm that went off at 4:50am on Sunday morning in a neighbouring house, extremely loud and disturbed us all. We couldn’t find tea-towels
