+We stayed here for 3 nights and were very happy we chose this apartment. The location is great , just a short walk to the beach, and there are bus stops very close by, so it’s easy to reach the city center. The apartment is quite spacious and equipped with everything you might need (there’s even a clothes dryer!). A huge thank-you to the hosts, who were incredibly helpful and allowed us to check in a bit earlier, as well as leave our luggage in the apartment after check-out and pick it up later. This made our trip much easier. Highly recommend!

“I would definitely book here again when I return to Madeira”
+Perfect location for a chill trip. Plenty of local amenities (shop, cafe with pastries, restaurants, drinks etc) Ground floor access, large private balcony with morning shade, afternoon sun and evening shade with sea view. Very spacious and comfortable. Full kitchen and laundry. Away from the main town, so it is quiet, but easily accessible by close bus routes. #2 bus stops outside and #1 bus around the corner. Beach front within walking distance. Bring comfortable shoes, Madeira is very hilly

+Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait à l'intérieur. Rien à dire sur ce sujet, de plus, on est à proximité de la mer et des magasins
−Par contre, le logement est situé juste au-dessus du parking, ce qui fait énormément de bruit, notamment au niveau des motos. Des chiens qui aboient sur les balcons. Malheureusement, une période où il y avait des travaux. Difficile de dormir la fenêtre ouverte quand il fait chaud. Et le 2e point, c'est qui manquait un ventilateur.

+Die Lage der Ferienwphnung ist gut. Die Pizzaria in der Nebensstraße, kurz berghoch, dann rechts, ist sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplatz sicher in der Tiefgarage, dann über den Aufzug in den Eingangsbereich der Wohnung!

+Mieszkanie znajduje się w dogodnej lokalizacji blisko przystanku autobusowego, sklepów i kawiarni. Niedaleko znajduje się plaża z fajną promenadą. Apartament czysty, przestronny z dużym balkonem. Wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Plusem jest miejsce parkingowe znajdujące się w garażu podziemnym. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Prezent na powitanie w postaci wina i lokalnej przekąski.
−Miał być balkon z widokiem na ocean, a w rzeczywistości głównie było widać bloki i drzewa. Problemy z wodą pod prysznicem - raz jest zimna, raz ciepła. Przeciekający brodzik i parę innych niedociągnięć. Cena trochę za wysoka.
