“Sea view and the ocean of pleasure!”
+Excellent accommodation, beautiful view from the window over the sea, good location not far from the beach, plenty of markets and cafes around, bus stop and bus station right under the house. Good value for the money spent, good internet speed so I could work and relax. Highly recommended!

+We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is cozy, clean, and has everything needed for a comfortable holiday. The view from the window is absolutely stunning , the sea is right in front of you, especially beautiful at sunset. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, which is very convenient. A perfect place to relax, and we would love to come back again!

−I made reservations through Booking very often but never had such a negative experience communicating with a host both before and after arrival. The apartment is not suitable for a safe and comfortable stay. The host was not friendly and helpful at all, she provided deceitful and misleading information, aiming to get additional money from the guest, and didn't provide information important for a safe and comfortable stay. The host lied about the taxi price from the airport. To use an elevator you need a special magnetic key. It means that while checking out you must leave the key inside the apartment and shut the door. It means you will not be able to use an elevator and must walk downstairs from the 7th floor with your luggage. The building has no motion sensor, but the host did not tell me that when exiting the elevator on my floor I had to turn on the light. Because of this, the next day after exiting the elevator, I found myself in complete darkness without the ability to find my way around in an unfamiliar place and find my door. In the dark, I pierced my heel because of debris near the apartment and was bleeding. The host charged 10 euros for the card to enter the beach, whic

+If you want a private and comfortable rest with absolute freedom - this is the place for you! Here you will have a clean, bright accommodation with all the necessary equipment. The landlady is very friendly but not intrusive in any way, always ready to answer any questions. The residential complex has everything you need: supermarkets, pharmacies, currency exchange, several cafes, a vegetable and fruit store. Across the road you find yourself on the beach, which is spacious and clean. The sea is very warm and clean, better than in the center of Durres, because there is a safe natural area for children of all ages and a deepwater area for adults. Most Albanians you'll see are friendly and kind people, they will most likely help if asked. Every salesman I dealt with knew English. I got everything I wanted from my vacation and I really hope to come back here again in my lifetime!

+Good price/value rate. Kind and helpful host. Well equipped studio. Good neighborhood away from the noise of Durres. Shop, bus stop in front of the building, frequent and cheap transport to the city. The beach is 200 meters from the building.
−Someone could have washed the dishes and pans. We didn't take it, we ate out instead. (everything else was clean and tidy by the way)

+I stayed in this apartment and was delighted! Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the beach, bus stop, cafe, supermarket, pharmacy near the house. The apartments are located in a calm and cozy area. The apartment is bright and cozy, with a modern design and everything you need for a comfortable stay. +The apartment is great for a long stay, it has everything you need: a washing machine, a hair dryer, many different dishes and kitchen utensils. The view from the window is an additional bonus of the apartment, you can enjoy the sea view every day in different weather conditions. Overall it was very cozy and comfortable stay, really great place to come back here again.

+The apartment is in a great location, you can see the sea from the window and has everything you need) but most of all I liked the girl who settled us in the apartment. Dori even met us at the airport and was very helpful! I can recommend this place to everyone :)
