+It is a wonderful apartment with a wonderful sea view. There's a bus and tram nearby. Supermarkets and restaurants are 5 minutes away. It's relatively quiet at night, so you can sleep with the balcony open. The apartment had everything you needed and more. Very comfortable bed. Check-in was quick and easy. Contact with the owner was wonderful. The kettle was missing a lid, but we had a new one within 2 hours. I highly recommend it!!! We'll definitely be back next year.

+The apartment is in an excellent location. It is literally 3 minutes to the tram stop and also 2 minute to tram and bus stops by the seafront. There are two large supermarkets within a 1-3 minute walk where you can buy everything you need. The view from the window is beautiful. The apartment itself is very bright and spacious. The mattress is very comfortable, which is important when travelling, and the pillows were also great. There is plenty of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped with a spacious fridge, a good stove, oven, and a washing machine, which was very useful when travelling with a child. The host was very accommodating. We were allowed an early check-in, and on the day of departure, after confirming the cleaning schedule, we were able to check out later. All our questions were answered quickly. There is a TV with YouTube and Netflix. The area is quiet, so it was easy to sleep and wake up comfortably. There is also a large balcony with a table, perfect for having coffee, and a drying rack for clothes. We didn’t go to the beach as it was still a bit cold, but there was even a beach umbrella in the wardrobe. The beach itself is about a 3-minute walk away. Overall, w
−None of the following affected our stay in any way. At some point in the past, it seems the balcony door may have been left open during rain, so a section of the parquet floor near the second balcony door is slightly unstable. However, we didn’t really use that area, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Also, for a few days after around 10 am, the hot water was only lukewarm. This didn’t affect us much, as hot water was available in the mornings and evenings, so it may be related to building rules or temporary maintenance.

+Розташування: поруч два великих супермаркети, церква, зупинки в центр та в бік порту, вид на море, та приємні пляжі, а також гарна набережна з ресторанами
−Запах. В шафах старий запах, не провітренний. В самій квартирі та підʼїзді пахне сирість.

+Чудове місце для проживання як для морського відпочинку - пляж в 2 хвилинах ходьби, так і для культурно-історичного вивчення міста - до площі Синтагма, порту Пірей 35 хвилин на трамваї. До аеропорту по вулиці їде прямий автобус - їхати близько 1 години. В апартаментах чисто, на кухні наявне все необхідне для приготування їжі, зручне ліжко та неймовірний вид з балкону - сніданки на ньому, як окремий вид естетики. Дуже зручно виходити на пробіжки вздовж набережної. Поблизу великий супермаркет в 5 хвилинах, де ви зможете придбати абсолютно все, чого забажаєте - від свіжої випічки - до морепродуктів.
−Якщо спати з відкритими дверима балкону - може бути шумно від автомагістралі.
