“Enjoyed stay but lacked a few comforts. Great location, great restaurants nearby.”
+Great location and great views. Nice seating area outside with direct access to pebble beach. Several good restaurants, shops, and markets within walking distance. Was conveniently located 30 min from airport.
−No A/C in bedrooms. Had to leave windows open to get a breeze but then got attacked by mosquitoes and had a few visits from local stray cats entering the house. No hot water for first day. Wifi wasn’t working for first day, when they finally told us password it was available the whole time. Also it didn’t work unless you were in the same room as it. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Not enough towels and when asked for more only 1 more towel was dropped off and further requests went unanswered.

“Beautiful location”
+A beautiful location with the beach directly at the back and restaurants near. Everything is within a walk able distance. The home is spacious and the reception and service friendly and welcoming.
−The house can do with a bit of TLC. It isl maintainted but also showing wear and tear.

“Perfect get away home.”
+Excellent view as the name sugeested. Your backdoor opens to the beach as almost it is your private beach. 5 min walking distance to kokkari centre.
−We all like the house. A simple hanger or a rope on balcony for wet clothes will ease your life.

“Rahatsız edilmeden sakin ve özel bir tatil düşünenler için en iyi seçenek”
+Konum denize sıfır. Kendi şezlongları var. Deniz çok güzel, belkide adadaki en iyi denizlerden. Çevrede birçok restaurant ve market var. Merkezi konumda. Çarşıya 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. 6 kişilik 3 oda var. Odalar oldukça geniş. Yataklar için cibinlik bile düşünülmüş. Mutfakta her türlü malzeme var. Ev sahibi çok kibar.
−Sinek sorununu göz ardı etmeyin. Mutlaka hem fişe takılan hem de sürülen sinek kovucu getirin. Mümkünse her oda için. Tek klima var o da 2. Kat koridorunda. Klimayı tüm gece çalıştırsanız da yeteri kadar soğuk olmuyor.

+Purtroppo siamo stati solo una notte. La casa è in una posizione meravigliosa. Non solo è all' ingresso del paese e quindi vicina a tutti i servizi, ma è SUL MARE. Dalla terrazza si accede direttamente alla spiaggia e la notte se si lasciano socchiuse le finestre si dorme cullati dal rumore delle onde. L appartamento è molto comodo con tre camere da letto. All' arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua e succhi di frutta in frigo e tutto l' occorrente per la colazione compreso i biscotti. Volendo, avremmo potuto anche cucinare avendo in casa anche olio e sale. In bagno era presente il bagnoschiuma e persino il detersivo per la lavatrice. Infine katarina è stata gentilissima perché ci ha permesso di entrare in casa prima dell' orario stabilito per il check in!!!

“Die tolle Lage entschädigt leider nicht die vielen Mängel”
+Man ist direkt am Meer. Der Ausblick ist super. Auch erreicht man viele Restaurants / Supermärkte und das Zentrum zu Fuß. Es gab eine (alte) Kaffeemaschine mit etwas Pulver und Kaffeesahne, die zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, ebenso eine Waschmaschine
−Leider gab es sehr viele negative Punkte: - das Haus ist leider schon sehr heruntergekommen und benötigt dringend eine Renovierung; der Preis ist viel zu hoch; direkt nebenan gibt es eine viel schönere Unterkunft mit besserer Ausstattung für ähnliches Geld - am ersten Tag haben wir uns auf der Terrasse ausgesperrt, weil der Schlüssel für die Terrasse aufgrund des Meersalzes und schlechter Instandhaltung sich nicht im Schloss drehen ließ; wir mussten 1,5h draußen warten bis uns ein Schlüsseldienst geschickt wurde; die Eigentümerin des Hauses selber kam nicht vorbei. Wie kann man einen Schlüssel innen an einer Türe stecken lassen, der nicht funktioniert? - Flughafentransfer wird nur auf Aufforderung eingehalten: beim Rückflug war eine Uhrzeit ausgemacht, 20min vor der geplanten Abholung wird uns abgesagt und keine Alternative angeboten. Erst nachdem ich gesagt habe, dass der Shuttle inkludiert ist und sie uns ein Taxi zahlen muss, da wir sonst auch den Flug verpassen, kam direkt nach 1 Minute die Antwort, dass sie doch jemanden schicken kann, der gleich da ist. Geht gar nicht! So kurzfristig über WhatsApp abzusagen - nicht einmal ein Anruf! Und auf einmal kann uns doch jemand abholen
