+ideal for our purposes. Will consider returning if we require an overnight stay in this location again.
−the fridge was noisy - not ideal since it was in the same room as the bed! no sink for washing up - had to fill a washing up bowl (provided) in the bathroom, then nowhere to put the wet pots. A minor inconvenience, not a problem!

+Loved everything about it, really warm welcome. The photos don't do it justice, bigger than it looks. Spotless, quiet and the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Has everything you need, didn't want to leave! Will definitely be booking again, thank you Chris and Steve x

“Very nice, quiet place with lovely beach nearby”
+The location was very nice in a quiet road, near the sea. The parking was free and easy to find. The place allows to go for long walks along the lovely beach - lovely views of the bay. The hosts provided very clear instructions how to get to the property and how to get in. The room was spacious and very clean - a lot of thought and care went to make it nice and comfortable.
−The only thing that I thought could be better is the size and placement of the basin in the bathroom - it was tiny and fixed quite low, so it was tricky to wash just the face (obviously it was easy to do while having a shower)

“Very enjoyable and I wish I could have stayed longer!”
+It was so much nicer than I actually expected for the price! Ideally situated just off the coast road. The seafront was a couple of minutes walk away from the accommodation, and you could actually see the see from the property!
−I loved everything about the property! Would definitely recommend.
