6.0“Needs a few modifications to make this a great place”
+Good location and well stocked kitchen. Welcome pack was a very nice touch.
−The outdoor areas were very dirty, I had to clean the balcony and courtyard myself. Both areas need jet washing and maintenance. Washing machine cupboard need fixing. The beds were very uncomfortable 😢. They were lumpy with heavy winter quilts (that needed to be replaced).

10.0“Brilliant, fabulous and so enjoyable, a holiday of healing and love”
+Had everything we could possibly need
−We had a wheelchair with my elderly Mother to wheel up and down the steep hills of St Ives! He is strong thank goodness but the statement about being 2 minutes fromPorthmoer beach and 5 minutes from Porthminster beach we’re not true for a wheelchair user. We didn’t expect to be up that high to be honest

10.0“Despite the negative points of love to stay there again”
+A lovely little home from home every possible thing you could need was provided. Even a picnic set which we made lots of use of with sunset bbqs at the beach most nights during the May heatwave.
−There was old dog mess on the back outdoor terrace and the furniture and table at the front was filthy I had to clean this myself to use

7.0“A little gem that could be better.”
+St. Ives is a superb seaside town in West Cornwall which we have visited numerous times. Seashells is a two bedroom apartment conveniently located at the upper end of the town and close to the bus stop. The two bedroom apartment was tastefully decorated and furnished. The kitchen well stocked and bathroom well designed. The apartment also had a small balcony/terrace at the front overlooking the road. At the rear was a small outdoor area with a drying pole, large beach equipment box, two chairs and a small table. A small gate led to a stepped path leading to the road.
−The road could be noisy and busy at times. Both the front balcony/terrace and the rear outdoor area were quite grubby with weeds and leaves, both dead and alive, lying around. The outdoor furniture on both were dirty with bird droppings. It was obvious that these areas hadn't had any attention for quite a while, so much so that I decided to clear up the mess myself!

6.0“Overall it was great! I do recommend a fan as it gets warm at night even with the windows open.”
+The location and wasn’t able to hear neighbors!
−The dishes were dirty that were in the cupboard, and there was dog or cat hair all in the rug. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned either.
