“Clean, safe, walkable stay that challenges you to get your steps in!”
+Very clean. Easy walk to both the city centre and the city beach. Host very helpful at check in.
−Be prepared for 114 steps. Great workout!

“Loved it!”
+Fabulous views. Good location. Beautifully renovated. Everything you need. Yes, there are stairs, but not a dealbreaker and they are worth it for the views and comfortable accommodation.

+The view from the apartment is amazing though we have to walk more than 100 stairs to reach the apartment without an elevator. The location is also very convenient as we took the ferry to arrive at Split. It is also walking distance to old town and has several good restaurants nearby. Split is such a nice historical city.

“Would recommend. Just be aware of the stairs to climb”
+Good location. Modern. Nicely furnished.
−Up 5 flights of stairs with no lift. Bedroom door very difficult to close. Bathroom door doesn’t fully open and doesn’t stay closed without locking it.

“Trip with friends”
+⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay in Split! The accommodation is in a fantastic location, making it very easy to explore the city and enjoy everything Split has to offer, with many places within walking distance. The welcome was excellent, and the owner was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated his great flexibility regarding the arrangements and timings, which made everything much easier and allowed us to enjoy our stay without any stress. A truly great experience from start to finish. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Split!
−The only small thing to mention is that the apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator, so there are quite a few stairs. However, this was not a real issue for us and definitely did not detract from our overall experience.

“Nice apartment with good location”
+Just a short walk to the old town, the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Air-conditioning in all three bedrooms and the living room, which was nice. Overall good standards. Enough towels for everyone.
−There was no dishwasher soap or table cloths, so we had to buy that. It's 117 steps up, no elevator, but we knew that so can't actually complain about that. The beds are a little on the hard side, if you are used to soft beds.
