“An okay stay for a few days, if no others are available”
+The location is okay, and easily accessible, not far from the station, and a little longer walk from the main Dotonbori area. If you are planning to spend a lot of time there than this location is great.
−The room did not look anything near that tidy and organized as in the pictures. Or at least the one we got to stay in. The room was small, as any other stay in this price range, but still had barely enough room to open 2 suitcases. The kitchen was not very inviting, and not to mention the bathroom. It was only equipped with 4 small towels, which normally would only be enough for your hair or as a hand towel. And you could not even hang up the towels properly, because the hanger was torn down to my best guess. The outlets were in questionable state, under the TV everything was plugged in to one thin extension cord. The windows let a lot of noise in, they were even cracked, there are no bugscreens as well.

“Decent option in the Dotonbori district”
+Great communication with the host who provided clear instructions for the contactless check in information. Location was perfect to explore the Dotonbori area. The 10th floor has 4 washers and dryers for laundry (100 Yen per hour)... recommend only using the washer because the dryer didn't dry our clothes.
−The mattress is a bit lumpy...a memory foam topper would be helpful to ensure a more comfortable sleep. The other reviews had me worried but this place was fine for a few nights and the price was right.

“Good for a short stay”
+Fine apartment conveniently located with a walking distance from Dotonbori. Good for short stays, for longer stays not so much.
−The mattress in the bed requires replacement as it’s metal strings got out in few places. Also the Internet was terrible, constantly breaking.

“Great spot for seeing dontabori”
+Very comfortable bed! The other residents were so friendly and helpful getting us into the apartment and opening bottom floor for us.

“Great location, don't expect anything good from accom itself.”
+The location was in a great spot, bit of a walk if you have lots of luggage though. Central to dontonburi area too
−The room was not at all what the photos showed. Very small and compact. No shower screen for the shower. Nowhere to put toiletries other than in the sink basin and there was dust in the ducting, fans and aircon. Kitchen was stained and dirty with the cupboards not opening properly. For one photos need to be updated to reflect the actual condition of the room. Scared to use the power as it seemed like the plugs were dodgey. For $94AUD a night this isn't great value for money at all. It should be $60 as a bare minimum And to top it off people tried to get into our room at 9:30am this morning waking us up. They also sent me a message about enjoying my stay and leaving a review BEFORE even arriving or checking into my accommodation. Message was sent at 6pm when check in time was around 4pm. Overall dissatisfied, wouldn't stay here again. Check Airbnb for accomodations options in Osaka.
