“Very elegant apartment with some drawbacks”
+The apartment is very spacious, elegant and well furnished. The central location near the Teatro Massimo is convenient to stores, restaurants and several of Palermo major sights. The owner made a sincere effort to repair the mon-working AC unit.
−On arrival, the owner could have spent more time showing us the apartment instead of being in a hurry to leave as soon as possible. Do not like the policy of having to pay 15 euros per hour beyond the 5 PM check-in time. Although we arrived by car at 3:30 PM, what iff an unforseen event, like a traffic jam, had delayed our arrival? We definitely got the impression that the apartment had not been rented in a while. The electrical circuit has limited capacity as only two major appliances (2 AC units out of 3, or 1 AC unit and the washing machine) can be used at one time without kicking off the main circuit breaker. Two of the AC units were not functional upon our arrival; the owner got one of them working and did his best to get the other working. The washing machine had stagnant water in it that smelled incredibly bad; we ran the machine with soap through 3 empty washing cycles, before we could wash our clothes.

“Large apartment in the center of Palermo”
+Large and comfortable apartment with all needed facilities. The owner Oksana welcomed us and provided all necessary information about top places of Palermo where we can eat and spend time. We liked our stay for 100%.

“Owner made us very welcome, the apartment was very homely and spacious and location great”
+Client met us on site and were already there - they let us check in 1 hr early which was great. Great coffee/pastry shop 2 doors up who were so welcoming. Apartment is like a home - lots of knick knacks, and very comfy and homely. Very close to the cit cetre, easy lift access and we enjoyed our 2 nights
