“Cute and convenient apartment, but with clogged plumbing and insufficient cleaning”
+Very easy check-in, excellent position in Brussels, very quiet apartment despite being on a big street and cute little garden
−Something was off with the plumbing. Water didn't drain from the toilet sink and from the showers, causing an unpleasant smell in the apartment. The toilet sink also was not well clean and very sticky. The outside terrace is also not well kept, with some garbage bags and all cleaning supplier all over it. Eventually, the floor close to the door to the garden was covered in little dead insects. The bed in the upstairs bedrooms actually rests on the floor.

“Terrible price-quality ration, I would advise to stay out”
+Good location, easy check in process and the the apartment was quiet even though it was on a ground floor in a busy street.
−Many issues with this place: in the bedroom there was a mattress on the floor instead of a bed; the entire apartment has terrible ventilation and in all 6 rooms only 1 window opens, so it's very stuffy and there is a very bad sewer smell coming from the shower in the bedroom; the water pressure was low and there was only warm water, it wouldn't get hot. The TV was not working and there was a bug infestation at the entrance from the patio. If you come with a group and plan to use the downstairs bedroom, note there is no window or source of light, it really is like staying in a parking garage, the only light that comes in is from the stairwell - it's very claustrophopic.
