“Nice experience”
+The apartment is ideal for two people, but since we were travelling with a teenager, we found the space a little limited for three. The apartment is well furnished and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host is very friendly, helpful, and always available. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. You have a parking lot for you.
−The location is not very close to downtown, so we needed to use the car whenever we wanted to get around, especially because the apartment is located up on the hills. With milder temperatures, however, it might be possible to walk more easily. On the positive side, it is very convenient for finding routes to the beaches, and there is a supermarket (Studentac) very close by.

+Our hosts could not have done anymore for us. Zoran picked us up from the airport, booked us in. Explained everything we needed to know in the apartment. Which was the best and most accommodating apartment we have ever stayed in. There was water and milk in the fridge. He sent on recommendations for restaurant and sites to see. Zoran couldn't have been more helpful.
−Nothing that we didn't like or appreciate to be honest.

+We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is perfect for a couple or a family, very modern, fully equipped, and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, with the Old Town just a short walk away, while the neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely kind and always ready to answer any questions we had, making us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The next time we visit Zadar, this will be our first choice!

+The host was truly amazing guy. The apartment brand new, clean and comfortable. Perfect and quiet location with reserved parking. I arrived late at night but it was not a problem for the host to welcome me that late.

+The host - Zoran, was really helpful, contact was fast, 0 problems with check-in and check-out. Apartment is clean and well equipped - air conditioning, washing machine, kitchen tools etc, etc. 15 min walk to Old Town, markets nearby, calm neighbourhood. I will definitely recommend. “Soggiorno molto piacevole”
+La struttura era molto pulita e accogliente. Vicina al centro e raggiungibile a piedi. Parcheggio privato davanti alla struttura. Ci hanno accolto con prodotti come acqua,birra e caffè in regalo. Ogni confort era presente come macchinetta del caffè,lavatrice,Wi-Fi ect… I proprietari molto cordiali ci hanno fornito anche varie informazioni utili come spiagge e ristoranti. È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole, lo consiglio a chiunque debba passare da Zara
