+Everything was great! The view is amazing, probably one of the best in Samui. The reception staff are super friendly and happy to help arrange scooters, food, and laundry. I’d recommend renting a car or scooter to get around more easily during your stay.

+Staff were very friendly - Justin at the main desk was on hand for everything needed and arranged transport very quickly and easily. Really helpful team!
−Resort had stunning views and rooms were spotlessly clean, but it was my misunderstanding that a 2 bed villa would have 2 bathrooms. Only one bathroom between 3-5 adults could be inconvenient so just need to look out for this if you are considering booking for the first time!

−Only certain taxis could handle the road down to the last bit of hotel. Not a major issue but not all cars are 4wd. Justin arranged good driver for us.

+Apartment was exactly as shown in the images with fantastic views. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were great and happy to help. Contrary to other reviews we had no problems using grab taxis to and from here twice per day. It takes around 15 minutes to central area. We would definitely stay again.

“Abgeschieden mit tollem Ausblick über Koh Samui und das Meer, aber schwer erreichbar ohne eigene Mobilität und leider mi”
+Der Ausblick hat mir wirklich gut gefallen - durch die Lage am Hang hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Auch die Ausstattung mit drei Schlafzimmern ist ein Pluspunkt und spricht für einen gewissen Standard. Allerdings gibt es auch ein paar Einschränkungen: Es gibt nur einen Fernseher und die Küche ist wirklich sehr klein geraten - eher minimal, mit kaum Platz zum Abwaschen. Statt eines richtigen Esstisches gibt es nur einen fest eingebauten Tresen. Im Grunde ist es also eine Villa am Hang mit tollem Ausblick, aber abgesehen davon ohne besondere Extras.
−Die Unterkunft war insgesamt nicht sauber und wurde während des Aufenthalts auch nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Trotz Nachfrage fand keine echte Reinigung statt. Die Handtücher wurden nur auf Nachfrage gewechselt, obwohl angegeben war, dass dies alle drei Tage erfolgen soll. Auch der Pool war in keinem guten Zustand: Das Wasser war bereits grünlich, und obwohl täglich jemand kam, wurden lediglich oberflächlich Blätter entfernt - eine wirkliche Reinigung des Wassers fand nicht statt. Zusätzlich lag überall Staub auf den Geräten und Oberflächen, was deutlich zeigt, dass insgesamt keine gründliche Reinigung durchgeführt wurde.

−L’accès de l’hôtel est très dangereux, impossible d’y accéder en Scooter. Il n’y a rien à proximité, c’est complètement isolé. L’accès aux chambres digne d’un sportif de haut niveau . Le niveau des équipements de cet hôtel est très bas de gamme . Le canapé a une odeur de transpiration insoutenable . Des cafards et grosses Fourmies ont accès à la chambre par les baies vitrées qui ne sont pas étanche . Reservation d’une semaine payé. Nous nous sommes sauvés de cet hôtel après 2 nuits blanche. Aucune négociation possible avec la direction . En plus pour partir de cet hôtel on nous propose leur transport facturé 500 Bath pour faire 2,5 km mais pas d’autre choix la plupart des taxis ne veulent pas emprunter cette route . Très chère pour ce que c’est !!
