“Good”
+Fadl, the guy who brought the keys is very kind. He was ready to help us with anything. He brought clean bed linen imediately, because the one on the bed was not clean. The studio is nice, appropriate for summer months because there is no sun on this side of resort. We were here in the beginnig of March and it was quite cold. Kids really liked the beach.

“Not recommended at all”
+Cleanliness at pool area
−Staff not aware at reception. Not interested. Property being owned by lot of different owners. They keep keys and come & handover. Hotel has no accountability or responsibility towards your stay. Pool and beach is closed by 1800hr and literally and desolated place. NO activity, facility or anything to engage from hotel side organised. Disaster for any person planning to come and stay single..

“Great Host and Very Pragmatic Deals, BUT Horrendous Place.”
+They let me check out very late, and the manager and the original owner from Poland were very gracious, they also set up a discounted trip to Cairo for our family, which was truly spectacular. The beach looks good with a very long pier going deep inside the sea, but very rocky water surface makes it impractical to traverse, also some dangerous looking creatures are lurking in even the shallow water surprising even the locals (swordfish / shark ?) far better beaches in Hurghada out there compared to this one...
−The whole hotel was under construction with handimen and workers running around non stop, most of the building is unfinished, they only made the pools and called it a resort... Water runs out immediately, you need to fill it up with a card, you don't expect a regular apartment experience when the place is presenting itself as a "resort", it definitely is not. This is a very poorly managed apartment service, the host's intentions and attitude is great, but the place is a total mess. Rooms are very dirty, with construction dust all over the place, sheets are stained, unfitting, just very poorly done in general, even though the place is brand new, it already feels like it's falling apart. Looks like it needs another 2-3 years before it becomes a presentable hotel, if ever...
