“We had the most amazing stay as settle and all of the surrounding areas are great.”
+The location was great. It was in a mill which was great.
−The bin was still full on arrival. It wasn’t as clean as we had expected. The shower and drainage of shower had to be cleaned prior to use.

“Do not book this apartment .”
+We were given a second apartment
−Arrived at a freezing cold apartment ,no heating & thermo stat reading 9 degrees ,outside was 2 degrees. The apartment was dirty with stains on the carpets ,the extractor fan was broken & without a covering therefore showing the electrics inside which was covered in dirt & cobwebs & obviously unsafe .Inside the oven was dirty with a dirty cooking tray .The kitchen obviously hadn't been cleaned . Following 3 conversations with Guestz a maintenance worker arrived who realised how cold it was & he suggested another apartment .The second apartment met the standards expected .The first apartment did not meet health & safety standards nor the required legal temperature for holiday accommodation. It is unacceptable for the owners of the property to let their apartments when they are aware of the conditions therein the place inside .It was not fit for purpose . We are a group of nurses who travel from the north & south of England to meet up annually & this experience was very disappointing & unacceptable .We would never book in this accommodation again .

“It was disappointing. With a bit of effort it could be so much better.”
+The location was good, but then I selected it for the location.
−The kitchen was under equipped. There were only 4 mugs for a party of 5 and only 5 dinner plates. There were no bowls except cereal bowls and no chopping boards. Only one tea towel. Of the 4 light bulbs in the kitchen only one worked. The bathroom was dirty, in fact the whole place was grubby. My brother dropped a ring and when looking for it found biscuits under the sofa, and crisps under the sofa cushions.

“Clean, comfortable, homely and a great base”
+Lovely well presented property,clean and comfortable. More than adequate for our party who attended the Yorkshire three peaks challenge. Very comfortable beds, spotless bedding, excellent quality and quantity of towels. Would I recommend the property yes, would I stay here again definitely. Many thanks
−Few little things that require attention, extractor hood is missing a front cover thus exposing the fan etc and the shower cubicle requires a deep clean around the rollers and joints.
