+The communication with the owner was verh smoth and friendly. All good, the flat is in city center, very close to the Dimitri Monastary.

“Good value for money but needs a refreshment.”
+The apartment is central, it is spacious and you have all the necessary facilities.
−Beds are not that comfortable and the furniture is too old. It is on the 8th floor and you can hear all the planes that are flying around or the elevator.

“Great location, but creaky beds and old mattresses”
+The house and the location were beautiful.
−The house was nice and clean, and the location was perfect. However, the shower was broken and the towels were worn out. The beds, mattresses, and pillows need to be replaced because they are very old, and we couldn’t sleep well at all. As a result, we stayed only one night instead of two and spent the second night at a hotel.

+We really liked the excellent location. The apartment is spacious, exactly as shown in the photos. The host was available and open to helping with anything we needed.
−What we did not like was that upon entering the apartment we experienced issues with a power outage. A fuse blew. The host said the cause might be that several appliances were turned on at the same time. This can be a major drawback if it is not resolved. Also, the heating was not very good. There were moments when the apartment felt colder. The radiators turn off by themselves at certain times and then turn back on and heat up again. Each room in the apartment has an air conditioner, but there is no remote control available to use them. This probably needs to be arranged separately with the host and comes at an additional cost. If I were the owner of the apartment, I would invest in better mattresses and bed linen.

+The accommodation was very good. Evrything was exactly like in the pictures. The rooms are and very nicely arranged. The location is excellent and very close to Aristotle's square. Our stay was comfortable and nice.
−The heating wasn't good and it was cold during our stay. When it is as cold as it was while we were there, we should have the option of being able to use the air conditioning to warm up the rooms.

+Die Lage war ideal: alle großen Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, man geht vor die Tür und ist quasi im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Klimaanlage in jedem Raum hat uns gerettet. Alles in allem wunderbar

“Ιδανική επιλογή για διαμονή”
+Το κατάλυμα ήταν άνετο λειτουργικό και πολύ καθαρό. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού με τα πόδια. Η συνεννόηση επίσης με τον ιδιοκτήτη πολύ άμεση και εξυπηρετική!
