+Everything is near this place: Split, Omiš, Makarska... We didn't even need to go to the beach because we could jump in the sea whenever we wanted. Props to the owner, nice and chill guy. He even managed to find us a new apartment when we stayed 2 more days. I would really recommend this place especially because of the price - it's unbelievable what you get for such a small price.
−We arrived during times of forest fires so classic BBQ was no go, but the owner prepared us an electric one which was a life saver. I don't understand negative feedback. Our stay was awesome 😎👍

“Overall we got what we expected, it was excellent value for money, we really enjoyed the accommodation.”
+Goran was very helpful throughout our holiday. When we had a problem, he tried to solve it. On arrival, he was waiting with home-grown vegetables, which was a very nice gesture. And when we wanted fish , he got a very tasty and special fish and prepared it for us with hard work.
−It's not a 5-star hotel, but it has everything you need for a holiday - and it's in a fantastic location, right on the beach. Although one of the rooms can be a bit noisy for the more sensitive - we found a solution to this together

−We asked 2 days in advance, if we can c-in at 12 a clock and the owner said it's ok. When we arrived he was still cleaning and also mad about it that we arrived. He told that he maybe promised early c-in.. complained that he had to clean and he lost money because of us. He invited us for a beer and first question was "how you feel about russian-ukraine war?" He told us that there is no war there.. unbeliavable. We had dogs with us and he got mad about them, even if pets where welcome. He wanted to come into the apartment during our visit, while we weren't there. He messaged me that our dogs are not welcome anymore, pictures of doghair and that he has cleaned the apartment for 3 hours, we still had 2 nights left. He called our dogs disease and danger.. our dogs are experienced travelers and dont brake places. Next day he wanted to see our dogs passports and come into the apartment. When I didnt reply, he called animal control office who came to make a report and no issues where found. During this we also found some kinda meat pieces next to the apartment, maybe poison, maybe not but dont bring pets here! He harrassed us through our whole stay with things that you cannot even imagine
