+Location is fantastic, <200m to clean empty sandy beach, great tavernas close (we have enjoyed two that were some 1.5km away), house has all you need. Good communication, thanks, will come again.

“Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain”
+Excellent location, great communication with the host, and an extremely easy and hassle-free check-in and check-out process. The house is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
−The only thing missing was beach loungers. I didn't lower my rating because of this, as I knew in advance they weren't provided. However, given how close the property is to the beach, having two foldable beach loungers that guests could take to the beach would be a great addition. They wouldn't cost much, but they would make a big difference to guests' comfort and overall experience.

“Quiet location for relaxing beach holidays.”
+This place accommodated my entire family of 5 people (4 adults and 1 toddler). The area is quiet and from what I could tell many of the houses around are also for renters. There is a washing machine to wash your clothes and a nice terrace where you can sit outside. It was literally 1 minute walk from a nice, quiet beach BUT note that if you need an umbrella and a sunbed you have to walk for 2 minutes up the beach. There is also a place to rent SUP which looks interesting.
−It needs a little better upkeep - like a fresh coat of paint. Also, there was a noticeable smell in the living room - maybe it was from people sitting on the couch while being wet. Also, you will need a car to get around.

“Excellent value, fantastic views”
+Second time staying here and my only moan from last year was the bed downstairs but this year must have changed it as had lovely nights sleep. Location is great as long as you have a car but you only ten minutes from the airport and loads of restaurants and shops near by in Kitti. And 100 yards from a lovely beach as you can see in the photo
−Nothing, can’t wait to return next year, the neighbours are very friendly and if you like cats this is the place to be

“Great location lovely views close to beach and big enough for a big family to enjoy”
+Location was great for us, close to beach but you do need a car as no shops etc within walking distance but knew that before booking
−Only thing I didn’t like was the mattress was more like a futon type so very thin and uncomfortably, but that did not take away the enjoyment of the stay
