“It was excellent overall”
+I liked how big it was and how me and my friends could share everything without arguing with eachother
−There wasn’t much that I didn’t like only how it was far from the the beach

−The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Both beds in the twin room were sagging in the middle and urgently need to be replaced. We didn't make a fuss since we were only staying for one night, but the beds are in very bad condition. The house is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator

“Excellent stay in the beautiful Malaga. The property is close to all the main tourist attractions, but slightly removed”
+The property was very modern with all new appliances - fully furnished and very well serviced. It is in an excellent location - walkable distance from the beach and all the main tourist attractions.
−No negatives about this property - I would recommend anyone visiting Malaga to stay here!

“They should improve the cleaning and fix the broken things”
+-Overall the apartment looked nice and pretty similar to the pictures -The location: 5 minutes away by foot from a free parking close to the stadium, 10 minutes away from the city center and supermarkets all around -The host was really nice, always available and gave clear informations at all time
−-Trying to open the door of the apartment was sometimes challenging, you keep on turning the key and nothing happens until you eventually get lucky -The smell in the apartment was quite awful due to the bathroom where the shower was really dirty with yellow stains and mould on its floor, many things were also broken like the toilet paper holder and the toilet brush -On the walls of the bedroom in the middle (which is quite smaller than it looked from the pictures) had buggers and overall dirt on the walls -Both the sheets and the towels had stains and hairs on them, I even doubt if they changed the sheets -The plant in the living room is basically dead giving a neglected look to it and there was dust on many surfaces around the house

+Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. There is everything you need for your stay. Walkable distance from the centre of Malaga
−Single mattresses require changes because they are not as comfortable as other beds

“Beautiful apartment and great location!”
+Great location, short distance to the centre of Malaga and has a few shops very nearby if you need anything. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but it has everything we needed. The bathroom is beautiful and the shower to die for. Beds were comfortable too. Great communication from Rodrigo too.
−Honestly can’t complain! Only thing I would say is to maybe provide an extra set of towels for guest staying longer than a few days. We stayed a week and washed them and they dried quick as the weather was nice, but would be nice to just have had a spare set to use in between.
