“Pula is cool”
+Great location, just few minutes from actually really amazing beach. Host was super friendly and supportive, we arrived earlier than we should and the house was ready for us. Free parking inside the property saves a lot of time.

+Our host was incredible! We arrived late at night, it was dark and we missed our turn, so he waitied for us at the crossroad to lead the way to the property. The house was very clean and kept in perfect order. There are moscitonets in front of every window. The balconies are huge and you can enjoy the sun there but also retreat to a shady area under the roof. The house itself is also super spacious. The garden is huge and pretty. It's perfect if you want a quiet place for your holiday. The beach is 15 minutes walk. Another 15 minutes walk along the beach takes you to a very nice restaurant right on the beach. Thank you so much! We had a lovely stay.

“Enttäuschend”
+Ziemlich nah am wirklich schönen Strand, 800 m... Klimaanlage in den Räumen war super. Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft hat super geklappt, trotz Verspätung des Fluges.
−Zunächst mal hatten wir den Eindruck, eigentlich eine andere Wohnung gebucht zu haben. Die Fotos vermitteln den Eindruck einer gepflegten Terrasse und Gartennutzung sowie einer Wohnung über 2 Etagen.Tatsächlich war es eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss am Garten , der Vermieter erklärte, booking hätte die Bilder vermischt und die andere Wohnung wäre ebenfalls vermietet. Tatsächlich war während der 12 Tage niemand sonst im Haus, die Wohnung, die wir wollten, war nicht belegt. Wir haben auch die Schlafmöglichkeit im 2. Schlafzimmer gebraucht, wo nichts vorbereitet war, das wurde dann mal schnell gemacht, allerdings waren die Matratzen dort dermaßen hart, dass nach 3 Tagen die Schlafcouch im Wohnraum aufgeklappt werden musste. Es gab 2 Handtücher je Person, Austausch nach einer Woche soll gesamt 80 € kosten, am Sitzbereich außen stehen die Müllbehälter, unangenehm bei über 30°, von der entsprechenden Insekten-invasion ganz zu schweigen. Die sogenannte Terrasse ist dermaßen ungepflegt und schmutzig, dass man sie nicht nutzen kann, die Klimaanlagen sind hier installiert und sehr laut, wie auch die nahe Hauptstraße, die man den ganzen Tag hört. +Bella casa , spaziosa, silenziosa, fresca, con un bel giardino a disposizione. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità e ci sono state date molte informazioni utili. La casa era fornita di tutto il necessario dal detersivo per i piatti , spugna ,al sapone per le mani , carta assorbente, mollette per i panni, ombrellone...quei piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza quando arrivi in una casa. Una bella spiaggia a 10 minuti a piedi e molte altre raggiungibili in 15 minuti di auto.

“Soggiorno bellissimo”
+La casa è bella, molto pulita, ha tutto il necessario per soggiorni sia corti che più lunghi: la lavatrice, lavastoviglie, abbondanza di piatti, bicchieri, tazze, olio, aceto. L'acqua e il caffè in omaggio. Il tutto ti fa sentire come a casa. In più a 2 passi da un bellissima spiaggia con la sabbia bianca e l'acqua cristallina. Se dovessimo ritornare in Sardegna, ritorneremo assolutamente qui!
