+Good apartments for the price. A 10-minute walk from the sea, with a supermarket nearby. Singe helped resolve all issues.

+The location is great, the balcony, specious.
−When I arrive the mattress had a huge dip in it, it was broken. Simge not respond to my message and did nothing to rectify. Instead I had to turn the mattress around myself only to find a disgusting mess under the bed and in between the bed slats. Very grim. I spent a good hour cleaning the room. The mop budget water was filthy after I cleaned the floors in entire flat after hoovering. I also fixed the shelf in the wardrobe myself as Simge seemed to push back or avoid any requests or concerns. The linen was not clean…. There was hairs (including baby intimate area hair) and clumps of dust all over the sheet. From plug socket hanging out of wal to general neglect the apartment is in need of some serious attention. Simge did drop off clean bed linen at around 19pm, left it outside the door meaning I had to make my own (broken) bed. The pillows look and feel life they’re from 1960’s lumpy smelly and tired. When I asked Simge for a new pillow she simply dropped off another pillow in exactly the same state! This place is very overpriced.

−the management (SPECIFICALLY SIMGE) is absolutely awful. simge doubled booked on airbnb and booking leaving us stranded. she told us that our place was already booked and we couldn’t stay there. then she proceeded to say that it was not her fault, and then she left. she comes back and takes us to another hosts location, and since we had no where else to go we agreed to stay there. she took a CASH payment, and left. that location was completely dirty, pee on the toilet, hair everywhere, dust, bugs, mud, dirty sheets, and a cockroach. we stayed the night and decided to only pay for one night and leave. the host of location gave us their half of the money, but SIMGE WOULD NOT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. she was ready to scam us, did not answer and was refusing to give us our money, until we told her our only option was to contact the police. the other host even showed us messages between them and simge, saying that she was keeping our money for “commission” and for “wasting her time,” which she put us in an awful position in the first place. DO NOT STAY HERE, they are unreliable, and simge is absolutely insane and a SCAMMER.

+Прекрасное место. Отличное расположение, красивые виды, современный дизайн и удобный матрас. На кухне по минимуму была посуда для готовки и приёма пищи. Удобный въезд и выезд с боксами для ключей. Все технические вопросы решались оперативно и положительно. Помимо кондиционера в номере есть дополнительный обогреватель для холодного сезона.

+Bliskość sklepów, barów, restauracji wszystko na wyciągnięcie ręki, ulica jest jednokierunkowa więc ruch samochodów pod obiektem umiarkowany. Apartament nr5 jest na ostatnim 3 pietrze, dla części osób w wielkimi walizkami może być to kłopotliwe bo nie ma windy, sam pokój robi dobre wrażenie, dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
−Dla nas największym minusem był brak ekspresu do kawy, ale jest na to rozwiązanie bo automat do kawy jest po drugiej stronie ulicy.
