+Owners really nice, answered questions quickly, v clean and nice
−Perhaps not the owner’s fault - we found the description on the website very confusing. We came as a couple with 7 kids including 2 babies and couldn’t really work out which property to book. What was the owner’s fault, though, was listing a “small double bed” that really is just a large single bed. Ive included a pic. We ended up putting our 5 year old in the crib, 1 baby in her stroller, and the other in between 2 older kids on the double bed, while we ourselves took the 2 single beds in the dining room and entrance areas as our kids were too scared to sleep there. Not what we were looking forward to, and not described in advance at all

“Nice resting spot in Artemida”
+I chose Salty as my resting spot and "home base" during a multi-country trip through the Mediterranean and Middle East.The days I spent here were pretty good. - Very clean, especially in the bathroom. Well-equipped and fully stocked kitchen. Great for cooking. - Plenty of closet space in the bedroom for my clothes and a laundry machine outside. - Large windows with great lighting. The shades were opaque and kept out sunlight for good rest. - If you like cats, the strays are very friendly but the young ones can be a bit sneaky and will try to get inside. - Quick walk to the beach.
−- Communication with the remote host Alexandra was unpleasant. My early issues with the wifi and water heater were met with doubt and deflection after her initial recommendations did not work. However Nikos, the on-site host, fixed the wifi the next day. He also reset the water heater and increased the temperature with some prodding. - It's a basement unit below the main villa, so don't forget your earplugs! If there are people in the main house, you will hear everything. Sometimes the cats will fight outside and it can be a bit loud. Otherwise, the unit is well insulated from the street noise on the main road. - The unit would benefit from a dehumidifier. I had to be strategic with ventilation and still had some issues with pain chipping. - Minor issues with dust accumulation in the bedroom despite overall cleanliness.

+Wow! This was the cleanest holiday apartment we have ever been to; the flat is also very well equipped (and therefore suitable for longer stays), has comfy beds and everything a traveller might need (from coffee to spices/oil to shower gel).Needless to say that online communication with Alexandra was smooth, Nicos and Popi welcomed us friendly. The only thing I regret is spending only one night there :)

+Η πολύ καλή και φιλική αντιμετώπιση της ιδιοκτήτριας καί οι πολύ καλή τρόπο του προσωπικού κατά την παραλαβή και την παράδοση ( ενδιάμεσα δεν χρειαστηκαμε κάτι )

+Bardzo wspaniali gospodarze Pani Aleksandra i Pan Nikos bardzo pomocni . Bardzo czysto było wszystko co trzeba do funkcjonowania na każdy dzień tygodnia. Duże podwórko. Parking i dwie Łazienki.
−Blisko plaży głównej około 1 km i 800 metrów do Marketu przepiękna okolica. Super rozwinięta komunikacja miejska z Artmedis do centrum Aten. Autobus linia 304 do Aten i przesiadka na Metro prosto do centrum i Akropolu. Można kupić bilety za 8,20€ na 5 dni po całych Atenach oprócz lini na lotnisko
