“Unclean apartment with ants throughout, poor amenities, uninterested management”
+To be fair, they accommodated our early check-in, which we appreciated.
−I honestly wish I had listened to the bad reviews. I cannot recommend this place in good faith, especially to families with young children. Many of the issues we experienced had already been mentioned in previous reviews, yet management hasn’t addressed them. Poor cleaning, a broken hairdryer, no microwave, a coffee machine without a single cup, no cleaning supplies, and not even hand soap, which apparently isn’t included in their “welcome package.” But the worst part was the ants. Guests have been reporting this issue since July 2026, and we found ants throughout the apartment, even inside the diaper my baby was wearing. I sent management a video, and they assured me maintenance had been notified urgently. Nothing was ever done. It’s frustrating to see management repeatedly say they “value feedback” when the same problems keep coming up without being resolved. The hygiene concerns were serious enough that I’m now preparing a formal complaint with ASL Bari, the local health authority. We weren’t expecting luxury, just a clean, functional place to stay with our kids. Unfortunately, that was too much to ask.

“Great room and location”
+Location was great, close to railway station and old town. Lovely big room and sitting room as well as bathroom. Contact with staff was easy to make and they were helpful and fast to respond.
−Door opening needed Wi-Fi which I found difficult.

“Beware”
+This place was the worst place we stayed in a 6 week holiday Mouldy bathroom ,light flooding in the room in the morning and a constant smell in the room We got locked out 3 times and had to beg to get some help only to be told that it was our fault because we were not “tech savvy “ then the host tried to make up stories to put the blame back on us

+The bed was comfortable, location is quite good. The apartment is spacious. Communication and check in was smooth with the smart lock.

+Emplacement pratique par rapport à plusieurs choses. Une bonne marche de la gare jusqu'à l'appartement.
−La lumière traversante par le vitrage au dessus de la porte menant à la seconde pièce. J'ai constaté une petite fuite d'eau au niveau d'un radiateur à l'arrivée. Je l'ai tout de suite signalée au concierge en précisant que le technicien pourrait passer le lendemain après notre départ car j'avais placé une bassine dessous. Il m'a dit ok. Mais alors que nous étions sortis, jai reçu un message pour dire que le technicien était passé. Nous n'avons pas apprécié que quelqu'un entre sans notre consentement alors que nos valises étaient ouvertes. Ce n'était pas le deal.

+Wszystko było ok. Szkoda, że w apartamencie nie ma kuchni, jest tylko ekspres do kawy na kapsułki i lodówka (brak kubków, szklanek, filiżanek noża itd). Reszta była ok. Pobyt udany.
