“Poor customer service and poor of handling the booking conditions in Booking.com”
+We enjoyed the conditions of the room except a used cup that was there
−We had a lot of back and forth regarding the beds. Although the booking mentioned 2 beds there was only 1 bed available at the place. The hotel reception handled the case very poorly and didn’t include the 2nd bed unless we paid for it which was not what was predicted in the booking. That caused a lot of constraints. We don’t recommend staying here.

“Nice place for a great price”
+The rooms were large and the air conditioning was great! It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for the price of the room. The area was safe and the unit was in a great location. We used the pictures from the booking to help locate the building/entrance (very helpful).
−The shower head was not in the ideal location and four pillows on a double/queen bed is always nice.

“Fraco. Não volto!”

−Tamanho da cama é ridículo, sendo supostamente uma cama de casal. Cobraram-me dinheiro pelo facto de não fazer o check out a horas. Facto devido ao atraso do início da prova de bicicletas. Se a cidade quer promover eventos, não podem ocorrer este tipo de situações. Também me foi informado, que no espaço alugado não era permitido fazer refeições. Isso até poderia fazer sentido se o caso fosse um quarto. Mas eu paguei por um espaço que tinha cozinha equipada e frigorífico…mas não podia utilizar…

“Boa e menos agradável pela situação da cama individual.”
+O apartamento estava remodelado.
−Do chão. Fazia muito barulho ao caminhar. E da reserva ter sido feito com muita antecipação com a indicação que teria uma cama de casal e uma cama individual e quando cheguei para o check in disseram me que não teria direito à cama individual que constava na reserva. Após ter feito essa indicação, foi retirada essa informação da minha reserva situação que não foi de todo correta.
