“Highly recommend 🤩”
+Highly recommendation for those who want to have a perfect quiet place in a village uphill, for quite rest and a beautiful view on the lake just a few steps from your accommodation. Rustikal exterior, narrow streets between houses brings you „time travel„ experience. Interior you will find all comfort you need, very clean, well equipped and maintained. 💯👌 Hospitality of the owner is 10/10!
−For myself it was not a downside that having a car is a must if you want to enjoy coming and staying in this place. Can happen that findig a parking space in front of the accommodation is an issue, but not to much.

“This property did not meet our expectations.”
+The property is situated in an area of natural beauty with some good hiking trails and panoramic views. It is also extremely quiet.
−The hamlet of Porta is a good 30 minutes walk uphill from Brissago which was not made clear in the ad. There are no facilities ie. shop, cafe etc., no view from the property and we were very disappointed by the terrace and the dilapidated state of the buildings around it (we felt we could not use it). The bathroom and bedrooms had been renovated but the downstairs living space was cramped and not comfortable.

“Séjour très agréable, loin de la cohue, repos garanti”
+Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Brissago. Le village est charmant et paisible, le lac et sa petite plage sont très agréables. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut en commerces (supermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie). La maison Rustico Porta est fonctionnelle et située dans un quartier très tranquille à flanc de colline, à une trentaine de minutes à pied du centre du village et de la rive du lac. Des navettes gratuites circulent en journée entre 9h et 18h. Notre hôte Gian Domenico a été très serviable et nous a conduits en voiture depuis l’arrêt de l’autocar jusqu’à la maison, à notre arrivée et pour notre départ.
−La pièce à vivre est petite avec uniquement un canapé deux places. La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée (bouilloire, un peu plus de vaisselle).

+Die Größe der Zimmer, der Balkon das Außengelände sind okay, wenn auch viel Stein Die Küche war in Ordnung Es war sehr warm, aber aushaltbar
−Die Lage ist schwierig, 250m oberhalb von Brissago, dann das Auto abstellen und nochmals viele Stufen steigen, Das Wlan war mehr als dürftig

−Il a fait très chaud, comme partout cet été. Peut-être penser à mettre des ventilateurs dans chaque pièce?

“Agréable séjour”
+Situation géograpjhique idéale pour visiter les vallées Maggia et Verzasca du Tessin ainsiq que les îles Borromées. Maison très agréable pour vivre à plusieurs, car chambres très confortables, literie impeccable. Terrasse pour manger dehors. Stationnement disponible à proximité gratuitement.
−Une seule salle de bain sans WC séparé; ce qui nécessite une petite organisation le matin. Suggestion : prévoir une bouilloire à la cuisine pour chauffer l'eau.
