“Worst ever”
+Just the location
−Do NOT book this place under any circumstances! This was the worst, most traumatic accommodation experience of my life. The apartment is heavily infested with bed bugs. I woke up at 3:30 AM in unbearable pain, only to find bed bugs crawling all over the bed. My entire back was covered in severe, allergic bites, forcing me to seek emergency medical treatment at a local doctor on a weekend morning. I have photos, videos, and official medical records to prove all of this. Instead of taking responsibility for this severe health hazard, the host's behavior was purely fraudulent. He called us, ordered us to evacuate the property immediately, and explicitly promised we would receive a full refund. He even sent a cleaner to physically make us leave the apartment. However, the moment we were out on the street, he lied to customer service, refused to process the refund he promised, and,worst of all,immediately re-listed the apartment online for the exact same dates we had already paid for! He essentially kicked us out with medical injuries just so he could double-book the room and scam us out of our money. This property is a dangerous biohazard, and the host is running a scam. Save your heal

“Do not stay here”

−Absolutely terrible experience - DO NOT STAY HERE! This was one of the dirtiest places I have ever stayed in. Everything was filthy, there were spider webs everywhere, and the overall level of cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The hygiene conditions were terrible. Even worse, after returning from our stay, my boyfriend developed a serious skin reaction, with numerous small spots and marks all over his body. We strongly suspect that this may have been related to the poor hygiene conditions at the property. It is completely unacceptable to accommodate guests in such an unhygienic environment. Our experience was absolutely awful, and I deeply regret staying here. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. NEVER, EVER STAY HERE!

“Clean apartment, but different from the photos and with serious problems accessing the building.”
+The apartment was clean and generally comfortable. We had no complaints about the cleanliness.
−The apartment looked completely different from the photos. We also received the apartment key but no magnetic key/fob for the building entrance. The PIN code provided did not work, so when we returned at night, we could not enter the building. Luckily, the neighbors opened the door for us; otherwise, we would not have been able to get back into the apartment.

“Bed bugs”
+It is in a good, central location.
−We were about to stay two nights, but we left the appartement immediately in the first morning. We woke up with insect bites all over our bodies and we found bed bugs in the bottom side of the matras. We told the owner we left earlier because of the bugs. He might not be aware of the issue, but the appartement should not be rented in its current state.

“No os hospedis aquí no son serios”
+Cuando llegue a Budapest me dejaron sin apartamento me tuve que buscar la vida en otro alojamiento,si tenis pensado alojarse en este apartamento no lo agais porque puede pasar como a mí que os dejen tirados
−Todo no me pude quedar en este apartamento después de tener la reserva con un mes de antelación i antes de subir al avión todo estaba bien i cuando llegue a Budapest ya no tenía apartamento

−3 órával érkezés/bejelentkezés előtt lemondja a szállás a foglalást és nem kapom vissza a teljes összeget nekem kell 5€ kezelési díjat fizetnem!!! Fordított esetben ha én mondtam volna le bukom a teljes összeget! Az lenne a normális eljárás hogy én is fájdalom díjként a kellemetlenségért hogy helyben kell szállást keresnem rögtön, a befizetett pénz dupláját kapom vissza…. Undorító!! Senkinek nem ajánlom

“Nem ajánlom”

−Nem volt tiszta a szállás Ágyi polskák voltak ,reggelre kiütések mindenhol. Klímához távirányító nem volt se telefonra se e-mailre nem válaszoltak. Elegé kicsi és kényelmetlen volt.
