“Family break it was perfect”
+We had a lovely stay at the property everything had been thought off, there was nothing we had to buy other than food, even a bottle of Prosecco was left for us, a nice touch. Kitchen had everything we needed, utility room with washing machine and a dryer. 3 good sized clean bedrooms 1 ensuite and a bathroom for the other two bedrooms. Lovely balcony overlooking Barmouth Bay perfect.

“Wonderful facilities , 3 double rooms with 2 bathrooms , upstairs lounge with balcony provides a beautiful setting .”
+Ruby’s watch is a great location for Barmouth & Snowdonian national park . The property has every facility you need for a relaxing peaceful stay . The balcony has a wonderful view overlooking the bay .
−The property is up a very steep hill , walking into town is easy but walking back not for the faint hearted .

“Lovely home with an amazing view”
+The house was very clean and well presented. It's an upside down house so the bedrooms are cooler being downstairs. The view from the living room is stunning.
−No real garden to speak off but the balcony with a view provides an outdoor seating area.

“Really comfy and perfect for our stay”
+Great communication from the hosts before we arrived as to how we collected the keys Property was fantastic and really comfy for our family. Lovely touch of a bottle of Prosecco left for when we arrived :) home was fully stocked with all the extras, hand wash, tin foil etc. all the things I had forgotten! Would definitely recommend to anyone
−Not a criticism, we have a young family so needed to drive to the beach and town as it was a bit far for them to walk

“We were so impressed that we may try to book again later in the year.”
+Location and layout of rooms. Efficient central heating and temperature control. Quality of furnishings and kitchen equipment. Well stocked cutlery and cooking utensils. Most of all the ambience of the lounge with its skylight windows and wonderful views of the bay through the windows opening out onto the terrace.
−Only one slight problem with lounge window blinds which may be in the process of being repaired.
