+We stayed for 7 nights at Ruby Charm Houses in Porto, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hosts were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and useful travel tips, which made exploring Porto much easier and helped us discover some lovely places we might otherwise have missed. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially loved the beautiful inner garden , a peaceful and charming place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The location is also excellent, with the metro nearby, making it very convenient to get around Porto and reach other parts of the city. Overall, we felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would happily stay at Ruby Charm Houses again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto!
−No complaints.

“Loved our time here. Felt like home. Wonderful hosts”
+The wonderful hosts who were so knowledgeable about Porto. The shared garden area was lovely and nice to meet other guests The little gifts left for us in our rooms. A small bottle of Port and breakfast things.
−Nothing but the mezzanine floor does have a low ceiling and stairs up but we knew that when we booked it

+Comfy, clean, and an easy walk to town or to the metro. The staff were amazing, friendly, and gave great advice on where to go and eat. They also paid attention to little details, like providing fresh bread and orange juice so it made it feel a bit more like home
−Everything was great. The only thing that could be a bit better is that there was a bit too much light coming from outside at night, so the room didn't get dark enough.
