“Lovely apartment for accessing central Split or just staying in for a relaxing time!”
+The hot tub and large TV combination was perfect for relaxing and listening to music. The sauna was straightforward to use. The bathroom/shower was large and well lit. Kitchen area was good with a large fridge, ideal for storing basics for making a lunch or for chilling beverages. Bed was a good size and was comfortable. Great to have a bedside wireless charger for mobile phones.
−If two people were looking to shower before a day out or evening out together, you both had to either be quick in the shower, or be slightly strategic to prevent the shower running cold on you. The host made this clear on arrival so it wasn't an issue. If you enjoy showering without having to rush, just allow time between you and your partner showering for the boiler to recover.

+Loved the amenities.. the apartment was clean and the facilities were a real luxury. My host was extremely helpful and offered helpful tips to enjoy my stay. Would definitely book again.i recommend this apartment.

“Accomodating”
+Lovely host who was very accommodating. We sent my parents here for their 25th anniversary and they had a blast, and loved the apartment and pool/hot tub. There was wine, chocolates, and rose petals waiting for them when they arrived. Unfortunately their flight was moved to the evening on their last day due to stormy weather, so the host organised a late check out for them - greatly appreciated!

“Musty smelling cellar, dark and claustrophobic.”
+Quirky - facilities were unique - jacuzzi and sauna in the cellar near the bed. Ozrenka was a superb host, best we’ve seen! Quite central, few minutes walk to the seafront. Would recommend a 1 night stay to experience the facilities, but not a comfortable space to spend a longer stay.
−Musty basement/cellar not conducive to good health, minimal fresh air supply. Poor ventilation due to 2 tiny windows in the whole cellar. Too far apart (bathroom and bedroom) to create an air flow or draught. Strong, unpleasant smell of mustiness, stone walls with the high humidity from the jacuzzi didn’t help. Claustrophobic. Quite a dark space, as it is in the cellar with only 2 tiny windows. The bright photos in the ad are misleading, possibly filters used to enhance the light. Little natural light, not a space to relax and spend time in during the day due to the darkness, smell and lack of fresh air. Additionally, it’s located beneath a strip club. We were woken with loud shouting that continued for 2 hours with disgruntled patrons above us in the strip club and the constant grating or chairs across their floor echoed down above the bed. Not a comfortable nights rest. We left a day earlier than we were due to check-out due to all of these reasons, culminating in a poor stay. We did not have communication directly with the owner but from other reviews here & on other platforms, he does not take kindly to any constructive criticism.
