+The location is exceptional and the host was one of the best I’ve encountered! Clean and comfortable and near all the things. Clod was so communicative, helpful and kind!

“Great location, responsive host.”
+The location was right off Campo di Fiori - so that was very nice to be able to go to market there and beyond to other sites. The host was very receptive to needs, anything we asked for or told him was a problem was taken care of quickly. He also made suggestions for places to eat, etc.
−We booked late and so did not have a lot of choice. It was bigger than we needed. 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and 1 sitting room with a futon. But it was an odd layout so we couldn't easily use the whole area as one "apartment". It used to be (maybe sometimes is?) 2 separate units. So to get from one area to the other, you step out and down, into the 'hall', then up and into the second unit. We only went into the 2nd unit to use 2nd toilet and the hair dryer (one in bath we used was broken). For two couples the way it was separated would perhaps be not a problem. There were alot of tiny fixes that the host could make that would make the unit feel more well kept and comfortable. It was not a problem for us, but it was up alot of windy stairs with multiple doors to unlock. If you have big bags or have trouble going up alot of stairs this is not for you.

+The location is honestly the best you can get in Rome. Walking distance from all the big hot spots and also close to Travestere for lovely dinners.

−Los baños eran horrorosos uno de ellos sin ventana, ronchones en las paredes de la ducha, no salía apenas agua del grifo, el olor que había era insoportable a aceite sucio y el acceso al apartamento era incomodisimo, no entiendo las calificaciones buenas que tiene!!!

“Super appartement idéalement situé.”
+On ne peut pas rêver d’une meilleure situation dans le centre de Rome mais dans une rue au calme. L’hôte est d’une extrême bienveillance et j’ai rarement eu un service pareil. J’avais du mal à faire fonctionner la machine à café et l’heure d’après il m’apportais une flambant neuve de la meilleure qualité. Tout était parfait!

“没有电梯，需要通过一串狭窄的过道，拿行李的朋友不方便。房间的设施比较陈旧，然后就是不能内部反锁。”
+地理位置是不错的，离景点近。
−吹风机还是比较老式的风比较小，而且有两个房间其中一个吹风机是坏的。密码锁进门后需要上一段小楼道，然后左右两间房都是可用的，但是可以从外面打开，不能反锁，住着还是会担心。然后卫生方面需要改进，房子历史比较悠久了，房梁上有很多灰尘，房间床头地上也有没打扫干净的地方。
