−A large number of bugs and lizards are present. The owner should close the open area to eliminate the issue.

“Will be back”
+Sri was amazing. So kind. Staff were all great. A team of 5 people come for housekeeping and make quick work. Comfortable place and good vibe. Communication was perfect. To the mums-Pepito supermarket 3.5km south of the villa stocks your fresh Milk.
−We found it hard to get deliveries. Drivers from Grab and Gojek must have found it an inconvenience. Taxis, however, were not an issue. Watch out for dogs on the street after sunset, north bound. There wasn't anything we didn't like about the property.

“Relaxt”
+We stayed at Rouge Loft Mango for 8 days, and it was a pleasure. The villa is ultra-luxurious and incredibly clean, with daily housekeeping keeping everything spotless. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids and perfect for us to relax by. The kitchen is decent, but we didn’t use it much because there are so many amazing restaurants nearby. The lounge area has comfy seats, making it a great spot to unwind. Kadek and SRI Helene were wonderful hosts, always ready to help us out. They were so friendly and approachable, and we could reach them anytime by phone or WhatsApp. Their warmth made our stay even more special - they really do love a good hug! There’s really nothing negative to say about this villa. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

“Nice property but not recommended due to location and insects”
+The property is a new one as compared to the similar ones in nearby area
−The property has lots of insects and small reptiles such as lizards due to being close to forest and green areas. We had difficulty in coping up with the lizards roaming around all the places of the villa, including kitchen area.

“Family-Friendly Villa”
+The villa is an excellent choice for a family stay. Its modern design, particularly the master bedroom, is impressive. Each room is equipped with speakers, adding a cool touch. The availability of coffee capsules made our stay perfect. Ibu Sri and her team provided outstanding service.
−There are numerous caterpillars in the outdoor area, likely fallen from the trees, with some even ending up in the pool. This made me reconsider swimming there, and need more light at the outdoor space , the staff said that there might be an error with the automatic lamp at the gate area

“Overall it was a really nice stay at Loft Mango, just be prepared to call on transport.”
+Rouge Loft Mango is located on a quiet residential street out of the main area of Ubud which was pleasant to return to after the craziness of Ubud central. The couches were very comfortable, the pool great to swim in and interior design very attractive, showcasing interesting art and craft. The property is serviced daily by friendly staff and fortunately there is a laundry down the road as there is no access to the laundry at the property.
−We felt it was located a little too far away from any services so a taxi was definitely necessary to get into Ubud itself, walking having proven to take well over an hour and on some pretty tricky roads. Fortunately we were able to get some supplies by calling into a supermarket after a day trip north. The master bedroom is huge and well appointed but at the cost of the second bedroom where there is a severe lack of storage space for cases and belongings for guests using that room. The exterior walls could certainly do with a wash to showcase the property to its full advantage.

“The villa is very nice, perhaps over-priced for its location and kitchen amenities, and quite a way away from the attrac”
+We had a lovely time at Mango Loft. The butler, Sri, and her staff were really helpful. The villa is very nice, perhaps over-priced for its location and kitchen amenities. The staff are great but it is clear that the owners do not like to pay for maintenance. There were little things that were a bit annoying. The toilet behind the kitchen has a door can’t be opened from inside - clearly it’s been like that for long time… we nearly had an unfortunate disaster there. The main bedroom door doesn’t close properly - you have to lock it closed to keep the bugs out. The painted concrete is a nice finish, but it is now stained with mould - it needs repainting or a high-pressure clean. The kitchen was ok but it was a bit disappointing that there were no basic provisions…you arrive and immediately have to go shopping. If we had known, we would have bought our own salt, pepper, oil, milk, tea - those basics that most apartments provide nowadays. We had a bit of a battle to get a decent kitchen knife… there was just a very small paring knife to do everything. Eventually, Sri was able to persuade the owner to pay for two longer knives which was great. Thanks Sri! There was no clothes iron, howe

“See above everything so nice”
+The most beautifull place and we loved the design. Just outside Ubud but just a small walk from 5 star dining or local warung to take food to the house. The staff was 5 star slways helpfull we cannot revommend this villa enough.
