+Huge terrace with a breathtaking view. Sunrise on the right, sunset on the left, and Thessaloniki lights across the sea at night. There is a 'private' beach with natural shade right in front of the apartment. The place has everything you need (washing machine, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, cutlery, plates, pots, glasses, etc.), and they even provide beach chairs and a parasol. The location is perfect. Walk 200m to the left or 200m to the right and you are where all the cafes and restaurants are. Everything is close by, but there is no noise at night since you are not right next to the bars. At night, you can just hear the waves. We stayed with a one-year-old baby and had everything we needed, both in the apartment and for grocery shopping. Sklavenitis is 400m away, Masoutis and Lidl are around 600m, and there are smaller mini-markets even closer. Free parking in front of the apartment is easy to find. There is usually an empty spot on the promenade, directly below the apartment's terrace. We parked on the corner of Ellis street (50m away) for 8 days straight without any problems. +Roses - one of the best apartments I have ever stayed. Let’s start from the beginning. Perfect communication with the owner who gave us all the details about the apartment. And everything was even nicer in reality. Apartment location couldn’t be better - right next to the sea. Two kilometers long, sandy and not too crowded beach is waiting for you. Apartment is on the third floor, which guarantees spectacular view from the terrace. We spent every moment there, especially marvelous sunsets and peaceful mornings. I don’t have to mention that everything you need is reachable in 15 minutes (markets, bakery, butcher, fish market) And we were speechless when we entered into the apartment. Everything was spotless clean with new furniture and appliances. We tried hard to find that anything is missing or out of order. A lot of effort was put into arranging the apartment and the result is impressive. To conclude, apartment is worth every euro and see you soon.

“Perfect Seaview”
+The location is perfect - the apartment is situated just 30m from the beach. The sea view is perfect. There are a lot of shops in the neighborhood. The host was very kind and helpful. ( and I am very sorry about the incident of the plague )
−There was juts one key for the apartment and in case of loose you can stay outside for the whole day or even more ( the host told us that he will be 300km far from Perea. May be it will be good idea to provide more than one key.

“Nice small appartment with sea view”
+Awesome view, nice appartement! We liked the design and that the air-conditioning is not in the bedroom... Thanks for the welcome water in the fridge! We would be happy to go back for a longer stay!!!
−Continuous drilling at the neighboring building from before 8 am until late afternoon during working days was super annoying and decreased the value of appreciating the stay; Hopefully they finish the construction soon...! For long-stay guests the change of towels and bedsheets could be solved because there is no washing machine; The double way of communication with seemingly 2 different persons in different styles and providing different instructions was a bit stressful... The check-out time is a bit too early, but we were happy to be allowed some flexibility! Kitchen seems to be well equipped but it is difficult to cook on the stove, the pots are very nice but a bit useless, and it is a pity that there is no coffee machine (true there was Nescafé left there and cezve)... However, we loved the BIG fridge! :) TIP: it was good that we took our own pan and Italian espresso maker... Instead of using our towels for the beach we kept them in the sofa to protect the sofa... :D (we were super stressed to make any mess... )

+Apartamentul este situat la ultimul nivel al unui imobil cu trei etaje, are balcon pe doua orientari, catre mare si lateral de unde poti admira privelistea din jur de la rasaritul pana la apusul soarelui, am vazut aici cele mai frumoase apusuri de soare. Apartamentul este foarte bine utilat.
−Viteza foarte mica a internetului wifi.

+Totul a fost la superlativ! locația superba ,la malul marii ,valurile se aud din camera, apartament curat, mobilat modern ,bucătărie utilata. Proprietarii foarte amabili,nota 10 .Cu siguranță vom reveni si anul următor. Recomand cu încredere!
