“Fantastic”
+Pure excellency. If you look for a quiet stay, 30 mins wlak-distance close to a city and beaches on the southern coast, thats the place for you. You will enjoy privacy and amazing views on and from beautifully maintained garden around the house. The host is absolutely kind and helpull any moment of your stay. I wish there were more places like this in Greece.

“A gem”
+So great. A garden with Pom grenades. A great view to the sea. In the house is everything you need. The hosts are so phantastic. Friendly and helpful. The house is totally clean and comfortable. So silent, no noise from traffic or bars. I loved my stay there. It could not be better.

“Nice house to stay in a short drive away from city traffic and noise.”
+Nice little house just outside the city traffic and noise. The amenities and decor are new and tasteful. The refrigerator had water and juice as well as some fruit and wine. The bathroom shower was nice and roomy. Parking was next to the house. The property has pomegranate trees. The owner was easy to contact with questions.

“Perfect stay in Ierapetra”
+Excellent host who guided us warmly through our stay, beautiful garden and views, very clean space (inside and out), easy access to the property, welcome gifts (water, fruits, etc). Who likes to be out of the city noise in quiet area, this is the place that offer privacy. It is just few minutes by car (5-7 minutes) from the city center/beach. We enjoyed wind on the terrace during evenings and mornings among olive trees :)

“Very good”
+Nice dual room apartment, very clean, new and modern furniture. Air conditioner available. Very nice external spaces with private car park and nice view on ierapetra and on night sky.
−Mattress new but really too hard for most of the people. It will be great if host could add a topper to satisfy people used to softer mattress. Dogs from neighbours often burk for hours at night making difficult to sleep with window open...unfortunately I don't think there is anything host can do on this.

+Moderne, saubere Villa, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Schöner Blick auf Ierapetra und das Meer. Die Gastgeber sind super hilfsbereit. Auf Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet. Idealer Standort für uns um Ostkreta zu erkunden.
−Es könnte nochmal ein Schirm auf der Terasse stehen für morgens zum frühstücken. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

“Perfekt, Wunderbar...”
+Also wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, eine fantastische Alleinlage nahe Ierapetra. Super sauber es hat an gar nichts gefehlt. Hervorragende Parkmöglichkeit direkt beim Haus. Bei Probleme sehr schneller Kontakt zum Eigentümer, der übrigens sehr nett war, und immer erreichbar.

+Très bon séjour à Rose view. Logement agréable et propre avec un superbe jardin et une superbe vue. Bien situé pour visiter ierapetra et ses environs. Nous nous y sentions très bien. L'accueil des propriétaires était exceptionnel, d'une grande gentillesse avec plein de petits cadeaux à l'arrivée. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement. Encore un grand merci pour toutes les petites attentions.
