“Loved it!”
+We loved apartment! It was light, stylish interiour, had good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice table in the kitchen where everyone can sit and socialise. Coffee and tea suplied when you just get in. Good location - can easy walk to town center about 30min walk. Have a 24/7shop just around the corner. Friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble just mesaage and there is someone to help. We could leave bags in storage after check out as had evening flight this was realky good.Have washer dryer which is great as well. Thank you
−Would be great to have a dressing gowns in winter but this is not a negative more like personal preferance. We where impressed with everything really and all agreed how nice appartment is.

“Great hotel for people who like bad surprises”
+Staff was nice despite the ordeal. The kitchen seemed to be well-equipped. Overall good wi-fi.
−TLDR: Building was undergoing extremely loud maintenance work, hotel did not notify in advance, had to shorten stay. Don't order through Booking.com. I asked the staff a month prior on what floor I was going to stay on, and was told it would be the fifth floor. The day of, it was suddenly changed to the second floor because I somehow gave them the impression that I didn't want the 5th floor and so in the meantime they gave the room to someone else. I would've been fine with that (even though the balcony view from the second floor was less than stellar) if I wasn't welcomed the second I got to the hotel by the sounds of banging and drilling and a mess of a lobby. According to the hotel the work was unexpected, was supposed to end the previous week, and was definitely definitely going to end that day at 4pm (it didn't). Checked out the next day to the sounds of loud banging. I could've lived with the hotel neglecting to inform their guests about something that can significantly impact their experience if it weren't for the fact that the acoustics in the building was trash and the walls were paper thin. The hotel staff offered me an alternate apartment on the third floor but the noise

−It was small but that was expected. Didn’t have an ironing board or iron which bothered me but not something I would complain about. The host provided a steamer the same day

+The property is spotless and newly developed. The location is close to the center, but very quiet. If not for the negative part, I would recommend this property.
−The entrance to the building is confusing (I first tried the wrong keypad, as their keypad is separate and needs to be activated to show numbers). The entrance hallway of the building is messy and looks like its not finished, but they just left it like that. If you like to receive a huge amount of emails this is perfect for you. I've got probably around 15, or 20 emails just for this booking. Because the owners are not there they need additional protection and you have to fill in additional info to an third party system. Better book a real hotel. You will feel better and it costs the same for short trips.

+Clean, well equipped flat in good location. Local shop open 24hours 2 mins away
−Showers not the best. Water pressure low and temperature often cold to Luke warm. Air cooling system (pipes in ceiling) not that effective compared to traditional air conditioning units.

+A wonderful stay with excellent service! We came as a team to attend a conference and had a fantastic experience! The management team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They provided us with an iron upon request and kindly assisted us with parking. The apartments are very modern, stylish, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the convenient electronic access system for both the parking area and the apartments. I highly, highly recommend this place! A huge thank you to the entire team for such wonderful hospitality and making our stay so enjoyable!

“Disappointing and fraudulently advertised”
+It provided a base in a reasonable location
−Poorly equipped, damaged and decayed inside, no aircon as advertised. A heat pump system IS NOT AIRCON! Kitchen units hanging off, nothing like the staged photos on the advert, many items missing. Very uncomfortable chairs and enormous pillows you can't use. Dirty sofa, damage to furniture throughout. No welcome pack or washing up liquid/cleaning products/kitchen towel. Barely enough equipment for 2 let alone 4. The management refused to give any compensation. Avoid to minimise stress.

+דירה 3 חדרים מרווחת, 2 שירותים, נקי יחסית, קרוב יחסית לרובע היהודי( 12 דקות הליכה), מוצרי חשמל רבים.
−אין מיזוג אוויר, הדירה לא מאווררת בכלל, זרם מים חלש מאד, אין כלים בסיסיים להכנת קפה או תה ואין סכו״ם בכלל, הדירה לא מנוקה במהלך כל השהייה, יש קושי להשיג את השירות וקשה לתקשר איתם. לא מחליפים מגבות ולא דואגים לסוכר ותה. בקיצור, אכסניה משודרגת. שלט הטלוויזיה עובד חלקית ולא ניתן להגיע לערוצים.
