“Amazing stay, fabulous location, well-appointed and extremely clean apartment.”
+The apartment was in great location with views of the canals. In less than 10mins you were in the centre. It was great having parking at the property too. It was a great base to explore the surrounding area. The apartment was well appointed with everything you needed. WiFi was good, air-conditioning worked well. Host was contactable and was quick to deal with any queries. We were met at the and it was great to get that personnel touch. We also had a welcome gift of a bottle of sparkling wine which was a lovely surprise and very enjoyable. We had an amazing stay.
−We found it difficult to initially find the entrance to the parking area to the property which delayed our pick up of the keys. Once found it was fine. May help if you have a more detailed map just showing location of apartment entrance in relation to road layout. The area around the apartment block needed some TLC but shouldn't detract from the apartment which was amazing.

“Excellent apartment- recommend to anyone wishing to visit Aveiro”
+Here’s a polished Booking.com‑style review , clear, concise, and perfectly aligned with how travellers usually write on that platform: --- ⭐ Booking.com Review We had an excellent stay at Rosa D’Aveiro. Margarida welcomed us warmly and was extremely helpful throughout our visit, which made our arrival and stay even more pleasant. The apartment was fantastic , clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a 3‑day stay. Just note that there is no washing machine, but there is a convenient local laundrette nearby. The location is perfect: only 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre, shops, and restaurants. We were 3 adults and a teenager, and the apartment offered plenty of space for all of us.We definitely recommend Rosa D’Aveiro to anyone visiting Aveiro. --- If you want, I can also tailor it to fit the character limit Booking.com sometimes imposes or make it more score‑focused (e.g., “10/10 stay”).

+Clean, modern apartment Easy to park beside it
−Noise from fanzone at night and council staff cleaning from 7am but not owner's fault

“Wonderful host and a great apartment. Would definitely stay here again.”
+Great size for a family of 4 and the location was perfect. It was very clean, well stocked, and check-in/out was very easy.
−The free parking was hit or miss. I wish it had a washing machine.
