“Nicely designed apartment in great location, although a bit too much money for the value.”
+Great location, a terrace viewing the sea, a minute walking down to it. Spacious place, nicely designed. A bottle of whine waiting your arrival. Easy to get into the apartment.
−Bad matras, hard and thin, not ideal to sleep. The apartment itself viewed on the street, a bit noisy. The kitchen stove was partially broken, there were no basics like olive oil or butter to cook. There could be a closet for cloths, but there was a rack.

+We loved our stay at Las Playitas so much! The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything, location is great and with lots of parking possibilities nearby. The terrace is an incredible place to relax and enjoy the amazing landscape. Having breakfast with this amazing view is something really unique. The host is very Kind and helpful, Thank you! Highly suggested apartment, hopefully we will be back one day.

“Tenía unas vistas muy lindas y el anfitrión fue muy amable pero no lo recomendaríamos”
+Lo que más nos gustó fueron las vistas y la azotea (sobretodo la hamaca para tumbarse), ¡la disfrutamos mucho! Además, la casa estaba muy limpia. El propietario nos facilitó la llegada ya que que durante nuestras fechas eran días de alta temperatura y ola de calor. Nos encantó su localización y las vistas al mar.
−Hay aspectos que consideramos que se podrían mejorar, la presión del agua o que funcionen ambos fogones de la cocina (solo se podía usar uno, el otro estaba estropeado). Además, si vas en temporada alta como nosotros y coincide con días de mucho calor se agradecería mínimamente un ventilador dado que las ventanas no se podían dejar abiertas porque no tiene cortinas, al abrirlas hay muy poca privacidad y no había posibilidad de refrescarse sin renunciar a ella. Por otra parte, la vivienda no está del todo insonorizada y se escucha mucho ruido, los días de viento había muchísimo ruido. Nosotros no pudimos descansar bien, había una puerta que no se podía abrir cerca de la terraza y daba muchos golpes (al final decidimos poner algo para parar el movimiento de madrugada).

+Appartamento luminoso situato al 2° piano di una palazzina al centro di Las Playtas dotato di una splendida e attrezzata terrazza vista mare raggiungibile però solo con una scala a chiocciola che potrebbe non essere comoda per persone con difficoltà motoria o famiglie con bambini. Arredamento moderno semplice e funzionale. Bagno non finestrato con ampia doccia . Cucina con buona dotazione di accessori. Bella spiaggia nelle vicinanze
−Il letto un po' piccolo per 2 persone, specialmente se di corporatura robusta. La mancanza del parcheggio potrebbe essere un problema in alta stagione

+Extrem guter Erhaltungszustand der Wohnung. Ruhige Umgebung trotz Zentrumslage. Großzügiges Terassenensemble für zwei Personen
−Es fehlte ein Wasserkocher. Bei der Zwei Platten Kochstelle, funktionierte nur eine. Trotz Mailchat gelang es mir nicht, die Herausforderung zu beheben. Kann an mir liegen.
