+Easy to get in, for any time of arrival - that's a great option (self-service). Everything was perfect, new, we even had coffee sugar and cold water in the refrigerator 👍☺️ Recommended

“Spacious, Comfy, and Close to Everything”
+A beautiful, large, and super comfortable apartment! Just steps away from all the main sights and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. Our host was incredibly helpful and always available when we needed anything. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

“Fantastic place”
+We came to Catania for a month and we stayed at Roomy for the first two weeks. The apartment is great and has everything you need. Washing machine, kitchen with everything you need, a nice small terrace in the back and friendly neighbours, AC in both rooms. During our stay we also worked remotely for a few days. The apartment has one desk in the bedroom and a big table in the open space which made it comfortable for two people to work. The WiFi was struggling with two laptops and three mobile phones connected, especially during online meetings. For one laptop it works withouta problem, for the other one we used mobile hotspot (we got a 200GB prepaid sim from a Vodafone nearby for 20 euros). The apartament is in short walking distance from all the main attractions and restaurants in the city center, and also from supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive and friendly and take care of everything they can. There's a small bakery on the corner where you can get freshly baked products every morning and the people there are amazing. Overall, Roomy is perfect if you're visiting as a couple and want to be close to the main attractions. It is good for remote work and long stays as well, a

+- clean modern apartment, good size - location, central but quiet - comfortable - self check in process very easy - Good value for money - Felt safe & secure
−- TV signal poor, struggled to watch anything - kitchen area is really small, not practical if you want to cook a meal, but ideal for snacks & hot drinks. - hot water in shower is variable & often cool

“Roomy - would stay here again!”
+Lots of space, big Bathroom. Kitchen/ dining area good size. Sleeping areas comfortable. Air con was great, 2 flat screen TVs. Good size fridge freezer. Close to bakery and small supermarket. Easy walking distance into town. Used the washing machine twice with no issues. Host was very prompt in replying and helped with advice on where to eat and organised a trip to the beach. He also assisted with local transport information.
−Some access issues but promptly resolved by the host. WIFI dropped but promptly resolved.

−Hygiene (Geschirr war nicht sauber. Kein Geschirrtuch vorhanden. Duschränder verschimmelt. Waschbecken lief nicht ab. Stecker des Bügeleisens passte in keine Steckdose. Nicht alle Steckdosen funktionierten)

+Butas arti centro,visus objektus lengvai pasiekėme pėsčiomis. Apartamentai labai tvarkingi, skoningai įrengti, kas kartą grįždami jautėmės kaip namie :) buvo viskas ko reikia keliaujant (ranksluoščiai, vonios reikmenys, kavos kapsulės, šaldytuve vanduo) tai labai palengvina trumpas keliones. Andrea ir Valeria nuostabūs :)
