+Location is close to a lot of activities that Florence has to offer.
−There is no front desk. Response time via the app is slow for communicating with staff. There is no mention about how steep and narrow the stairwell is.

“Good bad and indifferent”
+Location was great, spacious, clean and great hot shower. Do need a full length mirror for the ladies.
−Unable to turn on heat. Only 1 blanket for 3 beds. We came in Oct. Stairs are narrow and steep. Hauling luggage up 3 flights is a chore. The hall light timer only last about 60 sec and it's very dark even in the day when it goes out.. no natural light. can feel a little scary if light goes out in the middle of the landings. Not for mobility challenge. If your young and fit great.

“Comfortable and cozy apartment.”
+Very comfortable and clean apartment. Historical sights are a short walking distance away. Pharmacy and restaurants close by. Nice to have a washer. I would stay here again.

“Spacious, Stylish, and Super Central - A Perfect Stay in Florence!”
+Our stay at this Florence apartment exceeded expectations in every way. We were a group of three but the space could easily accommodate more , with three generous bedrooms, two bathrooms, and even extra storage, it truly felt like a luxury home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing breakfast a breeze and added a cozy, lived-in feel to our mornings. What stood out even more were the air conditioning units , powerful and efficient, a lifesaver after long summer days exploring the city on foot. And the beds? Honestly some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. After walking over 20,000 steps each day, we still woke up feeling fully refreshed. Location-wise, it's hard to beat. You’re within easy walking distance to major landmarks like Santa Croce, Piazza del Duomo, and even the Uffizi Gallery (about 15-20 minutes on foot). The surrounding neighbourhood also has a traditional market and a very affordable “Conad” supermarket , ideal for stocking up without breaking the bank. Lastly, a huge shoutout to the host and staff. Incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful from start to finish. They gave us great local tips and even recommended restaurants that

“It wasn’t bad, it just didn’t have all that you needed to stay.”
+The beds were comfortable.
−There were no towels or rags to wipe things down. The front toilet was clogged after one use. The host pushed off document upload to the patrons, which is something I’ve never had to worry about. The check in process was strange but once that was done, getting in was easy.one of the air conditioners is non functional and I was asked to take my own trash out and was still charged a cleaning fee.

“La ubicación no lo es todo”

−Aunque el apartamento está bien ubicado en Florencia, lamentablemente no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Las fotografías publicadas no reflejan fielmente la realidad del alojamiento, lo que genera una sensación de decepción al llegar. Además, el acceso es bastante incómodo, especialmente por las escaleras, que dificultan muchísimo subir y bajar las maletas. También se anuncian dos baños, pero en realidad solo hay un baño completo y otro muy pequeño que no tiene ducha. Los aires acondicionados son bastante ruidosos, lo que puede resultar molesto, especialmente durante la noche. Son detalles importantes que deberían informarse con mayor claridad antes de reservar. Considero que una buena ubicación no es suficiente para justificar el precio. La relación calidad-precio deja mucho que desear, especialmente cuando las condiciones reales del apartamento no corresponden con lo que se ofrece en el anuncio.

“Schlechte Kommunikation, Schmutzig, Gestank, unfreundlich!”
−Schmutzig! Abfall lag herum. Keine Rückmeldung, als wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Schlechte Kommunikation. In der Waschmaschine war braunes Wasser und die Wohnung stank danach. Eine Abzockerfalle!
