“Great place to stay in Florence”
+Position and overall the apartment
−All perfect, maybe check in T 16 and check out at 10 is not the best for customers.

“Great location if you’re into restaurants. Tourist attractions were just walking distance, no need for tourist bus.”
+Property is near the shops, restaurants and supermarket.
−Aircondition was not that great. We mentioned it and they said maintenance went to cleaned the aircondition but still the same. And with this weather we only want to go to sleep comfortably at night.

−I rented an apartment for 3 People. The bedroom bedding was adequate. However ,my son slept on the sofa and the bedding was very poor. This is unacceptable given the price. LISE

“Comfortable and clean apartment in a great location.”
+Great location - walking distance to everything and very close to big Coop supermarket. Lots of cafes and bars and shops nearby. Apartment was quiet, warm, clean and comfortable. Good sized bed. Great communication and instructions.
−Some kitchen items could be refreshed maybe - everything was clean but some items were a little chipped/damaged. A footstool or coffee table might be nice in the sitting room if possible.

+Ottima posizione per le nostre necessità, lontana dalla massa dei turisti. Appartamento ben attrezzato con tutto ciò che serve
−La pulizia non era eccelsa e decisamente peggio della volta precedente. I vicini del piano di sopra rumorosissimi e maleducati. La doccia ha un flusso decisamente insufficiente (basterebbe un po’ di anticalcare)
