+Amazing location. The photo’s don’t do the view (or interior) justice. There is an air of serenity and peace. You can spend hours in a comfy chair, feet on the windowsill gazing out in the direction of the church, contemplating and/or reflecting. The bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor worked wonderfully, especially on hot days. Everything was clean, but felt clean and comfortable. The owner responded quickly to messages, was very helpful.

+The accommodation is amazing. So nice, and you can tell the owner cares about little details. Bottle of chardonnay in the fridge. Toilet roll has a stamp on it. Bathroom is beautiful.
−It's not really a negative, but the speed bump is ridiculously high. The owner did give advance warning of this, so it wasn't a nasty surprise. Parking itself is totally fine.

“Absolutely first class apartment, location and hosts.”
+The apartment was excellent with virtually everything you could thinks of. Exceptionally clean. Parking right next to apartment. It stayed very cool in so extremely hot weather. Location was fantastic, straight out of the 'back' gate and into Louth high street.
−The only minor niggle was that the fridge did not have a freezer compartment. We always take some food items with us in a cool bag with ice packs. These are them re frozen for transporting unused dairy etc at end of holiday. On longer holidays we would also have some frozen items. As we had planned to spend the Sunday we left in Louth and return later it just meant we had to throw away some items, and nip to the corner shop for milk on arrival home. We have never stayed anywhere without some facility for freezing / maintaining frozen items. Didn't spoil our stay though.

+Wonderful home. Immaculate and exceptionally comfortable. Great views from the windows. Excellent facilities and thoughts put into every detail. Bed is the comfiest I've ever slept in.

+Very comfortable,very clean had everything I needed, and more, great communication from. Andrew. Milk and bottled water in the fridge very welcome. In the town, some lovely shop. Beautiful view of the church from the room window, also lovely walks in easy walking distance, Westgate Park and Hubbard's Hills beautiful. Thank you Andrew

“Great home away from home”
+The place is in a great location and has everything you need to be a home away from home. The hosts were very generous with the coffee pods, dishwasher capsules and other provisions that they left for us, which we really appreciated as not all hosts do that. The view out the window is lovely.
−The bed was high quality but very soft and sinking, which is not great for back issues. But we could tell that they are high quality, just maybe not up to our own preference.
