“Wonderful apartment with beautiful views in the middle of a lovely town.”
+Laura was absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful. She was always on hand to give us recommendations and look out for us during our stay. The apartment was wonderful and had a lovely terrace that stretches around the outside of the property with great views of the mountains and surrounding town. A great place to relax and take everything in. Very clean and modern with all the appliances that you would need to cater for yourself as well. I would absolutely recommend and I'm sure we will be back!

“Exceptional”
+Laura's apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The 180º view is a plus and the sun light fills the place with joy. We stayed in Chiaveri to travel to Gênova sorroundings and Cinque Terre by car. Parking on the street was not a challenge. Furthermore, Laura is really kind and left some pleasant surprises upon our arrival.
−The apartment is on 6th floor and the lift stops at the 5th. It's reaĺly not a big deal but, depending on how much luggage you have, it may not be so easy to carry it.

+La terrazza su 3 lati e la vista con la luce della mattina o del tramonto, il letto matrimoniale moltissimo confortevole, gli spazi e la loro organizzazione, la possibilità di uscire sulla terrazza sia dalla cucina, dal salotto o dalla camera, la luminosità abbondante nell'alloggio. Abbiamo anche apprezzato l'aiuto di Laura per risolvere qualche problema velocemente.
−L'agenzia ci ha detto che i proprietari hanno avuto un problema con il pagamento on line della bolletta di luce, e quindi a metà del nostro soggiorno non abbiamo potuto più utilizzare gli impianti della cucina senza fare scattare il contatore generale che si trova al piano terra : il forno, il piano cottura, il bollitore. Fortunatamente restava il frigorifero, le luci e la WiFi. Ci siamo adatti alla situazione mangiando fuori.

+Le superbe appartement très confortable et très bien situé.
−Le manque d’information pour le parking car nous avons pris une amende du fait du passage de la balayeuse dans la rue.Chose que nous ne connaissons pas en France vivant à la campagne.

+Świetnie wyposażone mieszkanie z tarasem z pięknym widokiem na góry. Lokalizacja między Chiavary a Lavagna umożliwia piesze zwiedzenie obu miasteczek.

“Skøn lejlighed i gåafstand i indkøb og strand. Skøn udlejer. Bedst eget til blot fire voksne pga siddepladser og den fem”
+Skøn beliggenhed tæt på indkøb og i gåafstand til strand og historisk centrum. Alt fremstod pænt og fuldstændig rent. Dejligt med terrasse rund om lejligheden, så vi både kunne nyde sol og skygge hele dagen. Fantastisk imødekommende udlejer der var opsøgende under opholdet for at sikre vores velbefindende.
−Kan være lidt vanskeligt at finde parkering - vær opmærksom på skiltning på vejene da der er ugentligt dag hvor hvor fejemaskine (og politi :)) kommer forbi og parkering er ulovlig. Meget svært at gennemskue affaldsordning. Ikke muligt for os at finde skraldespande ved ejendommen til andet end glas.
