“I highly recommended it and I will be booking again on my future travel to Florence :)”
+Its was a pleasant stay we had in this property. Easy to find if you ever using a public transport. Communication with the property manager was easy, make sure you have WhatsApp (and a data) on your phone for easy communication. All door keys are electronic so there is no physical key to worry that will get lost during your travel. House and furnitures are clean, and appliances are all functioning. Washer and dryer are very helpful especially if you are a light packer.
−Nothing really, other than the same issue with the other comments from previous costumers such as washroom (We are not actually bothered about it) I hope they will mitigate it.

“The location was perfect but the apartment was not the greatest.”
+The best part of this property was the location , very central. Lots of good restaurants near by.
−The advertisement says parking but parking is not included. If you are not from Italy you must understand you cannot drive your car into the city without a special permit. You can park your car maybe 200 metres from the apartment but it will cost 35 euro per day. Maybe more. My advice is don’t bring a car into this accomodation. It’s very difficult. Especially if you are not familiar. The aircon in the bedroom was leaking and all of our property got wet , including phones and electrical devices. The bathroom has a very very very bad smell.

“Fantastic 3-night stay at Roofscape view!”
+We had an amazing 3 night stay at Roofscape view. Everything about the apartment was perfect from its location to the communication with the host. We’d recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

“Superb”
+Perfect sound insulation, comfortable bed, very good sleeping quality. Nice view out of the balcony. Kitchen new and fully furnished, wash machine + ironing facilities are in place.
−There are 2 separate bathrooms, the small one has distinct smell (not sure, if it's plumbery). The big one is ok but misses the shelf above the sink. Excessive electrical load (likely above 6kW) causes outage, one must go to the fuse box on the ground floor then.

“Great location - don’t stay for the hospitality”
+I’ll start with what I liked - it was clean and it’s very well located to many major attractions. What I didn’t like: the property according to Booking.com looks like a lovely homely property with some soft furnishings and a bit of greenery. The property is nothing like the photos. It’s so stripped back I felt like I was staying at an expensive hostel. They provide absolutely no tea, coffee, cooking oil or salt and pepper. They advertise a washing machine but again, you need to buy the liquid to wash your clothes. Basically, if you need it make sure you bring it. I stayed for 4 nights and they provided 1 dishwashing tablet. I enquired about this and they agreed to bring another one (a single tablet) to the property. I know how I sound but this property completely misses the mark in terms of service. I haven’t ever felt so underwhelmed. Funnily enough, if I could have just make a coffee in the morning I would have probably viewed it in a different light.
