“great experience, we will be back”
+Wonderful apartments. Very beautifully furnished, everything is new and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and even more. The lighting in the apartments is very romantic. I highly recommend it for couples to spend romantic time. ❤️The bed is big and comfortable. The apartment is large, with many beautiful decorative details. Feels like home. The city center, the old town are nearby, everything is within walking distance. Parking near the house, during the entire trip we found a free parking space near the apartments

“Great spot in Monopoli, comfy bed and lovely roof terrace!”
+Fantastic space in great location. If you are basing yourself in Monopoli. A 10 minute walk to the harbour/ old town and only a few minutes from the train station, making day tripping easy. The bed was super comfy, good coffee machine, the shower is fantastic. Big double bath was great too. The roof terrace is perfect for catching some some during the day and wine before we went out at night.
−The stairs were a work out!

“Nice appartment but I would avoid this host”
+Appartement is located close to railwaystation. Main reason I booked this. Meant for for couples but that didn't bother me. It is large en well equiped. Shower is large as well, enjoyed that very much. You have to climb some stairs to reach the terrace which is not private. Bathroom door slams. Curtain cannot be closed fully so some light comes in the early morning. Modem causes flash lights in the night which could bother some. You can solve this by putting a sock on this...
−Two hours before arrival I got a whatsap message to deliver a id document . Why not take care of this earlier ? There you are on bari-station! 30 degrees celsius. What to do? Could not install pulse on my phone. I delivered a watermarked and partially blocked example of my id. Didn't know anything else to do. Host wasn't reachable by phone. Communication-style : commanding , short, not understanding what he/she was doing. The host put a knife on my throat. Worst experience in ten years. Would have never booked this if I knew this beforehand.

+Fantastic apartment, everything you need for a great stay. Walking distance to Monopoli old town. Parked on road for free with no problem. Host very friendly and good communication, highly recommend

−La communication avec l’hôte, dès lors que vous ferez remonter les anomalies l’hôte répond avec immaturité (on demande comment résoudre le problème d’eau chaude : on nous répond comment faire pour mettre l’eau froide - -‘ puis lors de la suite des échanges pas de réponse au bonjour etc il faudrait songer à revoir l’accueil) La Clim défaillante dès la 1ere nuit (plein mois d’août) - le propriétaire s’est engagé à rembourser la nuit correspondante or au final : queneni Jacuzzi non fonctionnel/utilisable pendant 5jours car pas d’eau chaude malgré les réclamations faites au propriétaire Lors de la réservation aucune mention concernant un supplément pour le ménage : donc pendant 5jours aucune serviettes de bain de rechange ni linge de lit changé Les marches des escaliers pour accéder au logement sont beaucoup trop hautes La terrasse ne se situe pas dans le logement il faut monter à l’étage mais elle est très grande et agréable

“Spełnił wszelkie oczekiwania!”
+Bardzo polecam apartament, który położony jest bardzo blisko starego miasta w Monopoly. Wokół jest pełno darmowych miejsc do zaparkowania. Apartament jest bardzo czysty i jest w nim wszystko czego potrzeba. Właściciel jest niezwykle pomocny i kontaktowy. Zdecydowanie wróciłabym do tego apartamentu jeszcze raz.

+Cudowny apartament. Z dala od zgiełku typowego centrum. Blisko super knajpki, warzywniaczek 🍅🥒 Taras duży, idealny na wieczorny odpoczynek. No i wanna z hydromasażem - super… Czysto, przestronnie. Jedynie trzeba zaznaczyć, że do apartamentu prowadzą strome schody, nam to nie przeszkadzało, wręcz miało to swój klimat 😉 Polecam, idealny na dłuższy wypoczynek. Super kontakt z właścicielem 👌
