+A very nice place with a wonderful view from the window. It’s clean and well located.
−The only downside is that there are no hooks or handles in the bathroom, so there’s nowhere to hang a towel.

−Coffee maker and iron didn't work. Finding parking was a hassle, especially in the eve when all spaces along streets are taken. Would recommend more detailed instructions in finding apt-it is in a gated area and labeled "apt" up the steps around the corner from #'s 1 and 2.

“Great location”
+Amazing location. 5min walk down to the old town with lots of restaurants & shops on the way. Beautiful view from the window and great to have a washing machine available. Host was very responsive and the apartment was very spacious. A 5-10 minute walk uphill and you’re at the lookout.
−No assigned parking. It’s street parking and if you’re going in the summer, good luck finding something close. This is no biggie but it’s also a 3-5min walk down hill/steps to get from the street to the property so not great if you have accessibility issues. Location far outweighed this. Bathroom was very small but enough for two people. We couldn’t find the bins to take rubbish out to too.

+Tidy apartments with a beautiful view from the window.
−There is no parking space, it's a matter of luck if you find free one not so far from apartment. Carrying things is difficult. There is no washing machine in the apartment as written. Neighbours are sensitive to noise (not very loud music, we listened on the phone)

+The view from the apartment is fantastic. Very quiet and convenient location, and close to the city center and several supermarkets. Many choices of the restaurants close-by.
−We had a bit of trouble with the speed of the Internet in the evenings (it was okay during the day), e.g., watching Netflix on a tablet.

+It is quite close to the centre of Split, it was clean and has basic comforts like boiler, filter coffee machine, dish washer, TV and WiFi. Enough towels for the entire week we were there.
−The bathroom is extremely small and you have to shower holding the shower head and it isn't exactly comfortable.

“Irreführende Angabe zum Parkplatz - 44 Euro für eine Nacht und unfreundlicher Umgang”
+Die Unterkunft was schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht.
−Die Parksituation ist leider eine Katastrophe. Die Unterkunft wird mit der Ausstattung „Parkplatz inbegriffen“ beworben, was aus unserer Erfahrung schlicht nicht zutrifft. Uns ist bewusst, dass wir die detaillierten Hinweise bzw. das „Kleingedruckte“ zur Parksituation vor der Buchung nicht gelesen haben. Allerdings wird die Unterkunft ausdrücklich mit der Ausstattung „Parkplatz inbegriffen“ beworben. Als Gast darf man aus unserer Sicht zunächst davon ausgehen, dass damit eine konkrete Parkmöglichkeit für Gäste gemeint ist. Dass in den weiteren Details offenbar darauf hingewiesen wird, dass kein Parkplatz von der Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt wird, empfinden wir als irreführend. Ein derart wichtiger Hinweis sollte aus unserer Sicht bereits bei der Ausstattung klar und deutlich ersichtlich sein und nicht erst in den weiteren Beschreibungen zu finden sein. Wir sind spätabends mit dem Auto in Split angekommen und mussten feststellen, dass von der Unterkunft tatsächlich kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Stattdessen muss man selbstständig einen freien Parkplatz in der Umgebung suchen. Bereits die erste Kontaktaufnahme mit der Gastgeberin war leider sehr unfreundlich und hat

+Appartement très bien situé avec très belle vue. Accès a pieds uniquement donc très calme. Rien a redire sur le confort et l équipement de l appartement. Je recommande.

“Kopumā ļoti laba uzturēšanas, noteikti varu ieteikt citiem!”
+Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta, pašā centrā, viss ļoti tuvu. Kondicionieris strādāja, nebija ļoti karsti. Apartamenti bija tīri. Ir pieejama veļas mašīna. Perfekts skats no loga, dažu minūšu attālumā Marjan parks.
−Virtuvē nebija dēlītis uz kura griezt produktus. Vannas istaba ir ļoti maziņa, izmantot var ar atvērtam durvīm, ūdens visu uzturēšanās laiku bija pavēss, kaut gan poga visu laiku bija ieslēgta, bet āra bija silts, tas neradīja lielas neērtības. Saimniece teica, ka atvedīs tējkannu, bet tomēr tā netika atvesta- bet tas nav mīnuss, mēs bez tās iztikām.
