“5/5 Stars - Absolutely loved it!”
+Fantastic stay in Lisbon! I was absolutely satisfied with my stay at this apartment. The location is perfect-super quiet yet incredibly central. The apartment had absolutely everything I needed, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the water pressure in all rooms was excellent. A special thanks to Alex! Communication with him was completely seamless and smooth. He gave me great tips for my city trip and was incredibly flexible, offering early check-in or late check-out depending on availability. Thank you so much for everything! I will definitely return on my next trip to Lisbon. Highly recommended!

“Clean and a good Location however too many broken things in the apartment toilet seat, tap, washing machine, no bathroom”
+The location was great and it was clean
−The bathroom light didn’t work, the washing machine was broken, there was 2 coffee pods for 2 adults for 4 nights and we couldn’t buy any anywhere. The toilet seat was broken off. The kitchen sink tap was not connected to the bench. There was a night club out the back that was noisy until about 3.30am. The shower drain was blocked.

+Het verblijf was op zich prima, maar voldeed niet helemaal aan mijn verwachtingen.
−Een belangrijk aandachtspunt was het slot van de buitendeur. De sleutel draaide niet vlot in het sleutelgat, waardoor het soms enkele minuten en in bepaalde gevallen zelfs tot vijf minuten duurde om de deur te openen. Dit was vooral ’s avonds vervelend, omdat het herhaaldelijk proberen de deur open te krijgen behoorlijk wat lawaai maakte en de gasten die boven sliepen soms wakker werden. Ik raad aan om het slot te laten nakijken en indien nodig te herstellen, zodat toekomstige gasten vlotter toegang krijgen tot de accommodatie. Het appartement was vrij eenvoudig ingericht en bood niet het comfort dat ik had verwacht. Zowel de badkamer als de keuken waren verouderd en verschillende onderdelen zijn duidelijk aan vervanging of renovatie toe. Het geheel gaf eerder de indruk van een appartement waarin wat meubels waren geplaatst, zonder dat er voldoende aandacht was besteed aan comfort en afwerking. Met enkele gerichte verbeteringen en een modernisering van de voorzieningen zou het verblijf een stuk aangenamer kunnen worden.

+L'unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è la posizione.
−All'arrivo ci ha accolti il collaboratore, per consegnare la chiave e ha fatto vedere la casa, alla mia domanda dove fosse balcone non sapeva cosa dire (perchè non esiste) l'ho fatto vedere che nella descrizione c'è, ha risposto che avrebbe chiesto al titolare e ci avrebbe fatto sapere, non lo abbiamo più ne visto, ne sentito. Alla mia domanda se la lavatrice funziona mi ha risposto di si. Gli ho creduto, poi la sera quando siamo tornati dalla città volevamo fare la lavatrice (siccome eravamo tornati da un cammino, e uno dei motivi per cui ho prenotato questo appartamento era la lavatrice, posizione e cucina) ce ne siamo resi conto che la lavatrice era proprio rotta, non si apriva nemmeno oblò, abbiamo cercato di contattare il proprietario, ma ha palesemente ignorato i nostri messaggi, abbiamo contattato assistenza Booking (con tanta difficoltà) e ha detto che avrebbe contattato il propeietario e poi ci avrebbe fatto sapere (non lo ha mai fatto 😐) poi come se non bastasse di 2 fornelli presenti solo 1 funzonava, dovevamo cucinare e ci abbiamo messo un'eternità con un fornello solo, il rubinetto del lavandino in cucina si reggeva per miracolo, insomma per quello che abbiamo pagato

“Bon emplacement mais rapport qualité prix discutable, 2 personnes maximum”
+La proximité avec le centre ville, l’appartement était propre. Il y a beaucoup de pression dans la douche.
−Le canapé lit n’est pas fait pour dormir il est très inconfortable, les draps n’étaient pas très propres (traces de sang). Nous étions au RDC donnant sur rue avec des sdf installés devant, impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre. La porte d’être étant très très très mal isolée, nous avons pas réussi à dormir, réveillés des 6h du matin.

+El personal fue muy amable y la comunicación muy fluida!
−Habían humedades en las paredes y no parecía del todo seguro. La calle no era la mejor del barrio. No había aire acondicionado y para que hubiese un buen clima teníamos que tener la ventana a pie de calle abierta.
