“Nice apartment in a good location”
+Location was great, outside of old town but only 5 minutes away Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby and if you have a rental car, parking is right in front of apartment and street parking spots for cheaper option. Washing machine in the apartment is very convenient,
−The apartment door lock is worn and opening the door with the key provided took a bit of effort and luck. The door lock and key should be replaced. Nice to have kitchen linens or paper towel and more than one set of towels when you stay for more than one day

+Super clean apartment good location and had a washing machine which was handy. For the price cannot complain
−The communion from the host was awful. We arrived at 11pm at night and had tried to be in contact with the host all day to confirm the booking and get the check in details as it was so late. The host didn’t respond to us all day and finally sent us a message right before we arrived at the apartment at 11:30 with the check in details. It made the whole check in process way to stressful and put a damper on the apartment as the communication was so bad

+Cozy apartments in walking distance from the main attractions of Split. The apartment had all the necessary things for living, and a small grocery store 3 minutes away. If you are booking an apartment for three people, keep in mind that the sofa in the kitchen does not fold out, but it was not a problem for us.

+The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a great location! Just a 5 minute walk into the old town, easy to get to, and plenty of cute shops and bars around. The apartment was very clean and has everything needed for a weekend away. Would definitely stay again, thank you 😀.
−Can't think of anything bad, the apartment is on floor 3 if you don't like stairs!

+Our experience in Split was excellent, all thanks to our amazing host, Toni. I had booked the apartment for my parents, who don’t speak the local language, and Toni was incredibly helpful and understanding. He personally welcomed them, explained everything clearly, and made sure they felt safe and comfortable throughout their stay. On the day of departure, their flight was in the evening, and Toni kindly allowed them to stay longer in the apartment, so they didn’t have to wait at the airport with their luggage. That was a huge help and very much appreciated! The apartment itself is perfectly located - just a short walk to the Old Town, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, away from the tourist noise. It’s also close to beaches and all important locations, which was super convenient. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and cozy. Toni is a fantastic and caring host - we’re truly grateful for his support. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Split and highly recommend this place to everyone!

“Clean and comfy apartment”
+Very clean and cosy apartment. Great location and price. Very good aircon. Self checkin with a key box is easy and convenient. This apartment has everything you'll need on a vacay trip.
−The communication with the staff was a little bit rocky regarding getting the details to checkin, and did not get an answer via booking.com app chat. Bur in the end everything worked out well!

+Indeed a romantic apartment with balcony, very central and clean
−Communication with staff was erratic. It turned out OK but it was stressfull. No reply to my question on parking in the app during 24h, upon check-in the host mixed me up with another person which made me think I did not have a reservation. My request in the app for early check-in was approved during the second day of my stay ... And then they urged me to leave before 10 without asking if my stay had been OK ...
