“Wonderful Rome”
+The flat is lovely and very spacious. We liked the style and the atmosphere of the flat and the position was perfect for us. We spent a wonderful time here and Susanna was super helpful and kind.

“We had a lovely stay in a beautiful property.”
+Very spacious, and quiet. Nice decor and large beds in most of the rooms.
−Kitchen was a little tired - One of the rooms had a bed which could only just be described as a double.

“Exceptional”
+Perfect location with buses that take you straight to the city center. The appartment is insanely pretty and huge, there were 6 of us (2 couples and 2 singles) and everyone got a big room. The rooms all have huge closets for you to store your belongings. The dining room is really nice to have a meal with a big table that could accomodate 8 people. There are balconies to have a coffee in the morning. There are several shops nearby (café, pizza place, supermarkets). The apartment was really clean when we arrived and it was easy and fast to get the keys. I got a comprehensive tour of the apartment. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a drying rack, and even an iron with an ironing table. We really enjoyed our stay here.

“Amazing”
+We loved everything. The house is very very beautiful and Susana is an excellent host. We actually had a problem with water during our stay that could have been very annoying for us, but Susana was amazing solving the problem and helping anytime.

“Exceeded any and all expectations”
+This apartment exceeded any and all expectations. The large size and comfortable bedrooms --- unusual for Rome - was more than perfect for our group. The process was easy and this will be at the top of my list for next time
−Difficult to say, although just a minor note that there was no hot water kettle and no coffee available. But even that is a ridiculously minor afterthought considering how exceptional the apartment was.

“Definitely recommend:)”
+The host was so accommodating, friendly, helpful and let us check in earlier and leave later. I couldn't recommend it more. It's huge and great for a group. Heaters/air con units in each room. Kitchen facilities, hand soap, a washing machine and a hair dryer. There are some lovely places to eat nearby also. The steak place round the corner (left and left again) was amazing. The Buenos Aires bus stop takes you to central locations and it's a nice walk down to the Trevi fountain etc (about 30 minutes). There's a lift which is so traditional. There are even little balconies in the apartment.
−We figured there may be a limit on hot water as by the time it got to the 7th person it was cold

“Great apartment and exceptional Customer Service”
+Customer service has been exceptional. Upon arrival there was some issue with the cooking stove, they tried to solve it but they couldn't, so the next day they came to install a new one. Not being able to cook the first night or the next morning, they compensated us for the inconvenience. We feel they went beyond the call of duty. Additionally, the apartment is very well equipped, spacious, comfortable and well located.
