+Excellent location and communication. Truthful to the photos. There’s also a well equipped kitchen, so its practical for those who want to have some meals at home.

“Good”
+Perfect location, close to Buses and Trams, beautiful neighborhood, with plenty of choices for eating out. The apartment is spacious, it has a kitchen perfect for someone that would like to cook (we didn't) and relax at home. All in all we were satisfied , but only because knowing that Rome is generally expensive for accommodation.
−The bed in the bedroom is pretty unstable and uncomfortable, the mattresses was continuously sliding over the very simple/cheap IKEA structure. This is definitely something that the owner may need to improve.

+nice apartment, everything you need is there. We love and know this area well, so the location is great for us. The apartment has both air conditioning and heating, so the stay was comfortable. Thanks to the owner.

“A lovely, relaxing and easyn place to stay in a beautiful quarter.”
+Very comfortable, quiet and spacious flat everything was very good quality and well thought about. Owner very kind and accommodating. Only a stone throw from Piazza Mincio, Villa Ada and Villa Borghese. Also good supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
−Everything was great, perhaps the lighting in the bedroom could be a touch softer.

“Exceptional”
+I stayed in this property for the second time and very likely will stay again. Clean, comfortable, very good and less touristic area. Thank you for your hospitality, Rodrigo!
−Please, do something with the lamp in the inner yard. I wouldn’t say it disturbed me, but it's so inefficient when it is turned on all day and night 😔

+Wifi and the helpful host
−The apartment is unconnected for phone calls (like some areas in Rome are). So unless the people you want to call are reachable via WhatsApp, you've got a problem

+Great location and property - very large, clean and good facilities. Also the host was very very helpful and understanding when my flight was delayed and I had to pick up the keys very late.
−The bed was a little firm.
