+The room was very spacious, and the location very convenient.
−There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, all the time. I expect that it came from the pipes and there may be little the owner could have done...

+Smart and new
−Toilet seat was broken upon arrival and reported immediately. Immediate repairs promised and never done over the entire stay of 4 days even though repeatedly promised and scheduled

+The location was amazing, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice.
−The heating was low, not nice during the winter. The coffee machine didn’t worked. There was no bin bags in the kitchen and no dishwashing soap.

+3 night stay. Whole appartement. All around great - comfortable, quiet, very central, cheap.
−Had problems with receiving code for the room - website would give detailed yet simple instructions to enter the building, however it would not deliver the code for the apartment. Gained entrance with the help from online support.

“Good apartment, disrespectful host”
+La ubicacion
−Tuvimos un problema para recoger las llaves y la persona que me atendió al teléfono no colaboró y fue bastante desagradable. *edited* I’m going to write in English as you are saying I do not speak the language. I’m an English teacher lol. It was you who was imposible to understand, maybe you can contact me for some lessons. I’ve never shouted. I was trying the person on the phone to answer an easy question: what was the code. And all I got was: EMAIL EMAIL EMAIL in a very disrespectful way. I did not ask anyone to come I just wanted the code, I don’t need anybody to press the numbers for me since my fingers work properly. Stop lying and start assuming you made a mistake.

“Отличная квартира как и владелец. Отвечал быстро и не делал отмены бронирования как остальные. Поездкой остался доволен”
